A collaborated story with jurgenmeister on tumblr.

Sofie Frederiksen is a Danish digital engineer that lives and works in the Danish capital of Copenhagen, along with her twin brother Sven. Aged just twenty five, she's one of the best engineers in her field and is very determined to show off her talent. So when the opportunity arrives through a mutual friend to do so, she reluctantly jumps at the chance as it is 400 miles away in Dortmund, Germany. The chance to help a famous German footballer, Marco Reus, on developing a new app is too much not to decline, thus she finds herself packing her bags for Germany the next day. Leaving her family behind in the process. But by doing this and risking a lot has she made the right choice? Will her trip to Germany be as successful as promised? Or will she end up feeling lost, in limbo and out of passion with the work she loves?

9 parts Complete Mature

19 year old Alix has always been a responsible, organized, young woman with a good head on her shoulders. Unfortunately, she's also always been sheltered by her overprotective and smothering, paranoid parents. After a year of going to a community college and working two jobs she managed to save up enough money for a week long trip to England to visit some friends during the summer, and a bit more. However, things take a turn for the worse when she gets drunk at a party that was thrown for one of her friends--someone who she'd been crushing on for years. Despite their best efforts they decide to start a relationship together...alas, Alix's week long vacation could not have ended faster. Will their relationship end when Alix goes back home? Will it continue on for a while? Or will it thrive on, despite the many miles that separate them? Does one truly not measure distance in miles, but with the heart?
