* Finally a few days later in Manhatten on the streets one day *

So in the streets the Newsies were going to get their papes in Manhatten, the Newsies weren't gonna be happy to know what was going to happen until one day it all happened. At the distribution center the Manhatten Newsies were angry about Pultizer jacking up the papes prices by a mere 10th of a cent.
That's when Jack Kelly decided to do the unthinkable thing to do, not knowing what to say or do for being on a Strike I watched as my brother and his Newsies were going on strike, I pray that he won't be caught by Snyder the Warden from the refuge it's what I fear the most for him ever since our distant family took me to their Mansion in Virginia where all the rich people live.
But I have to help him out, with his Strike against the biggest Giant in New York City Pultizer and Hearst were competing to see who can gain more money, it's unfair to see these children be treated so poorly on the streets and no one had informed Governor Roosevelt of the matter here at all.
And so as I proper lady I wouldn't be able to do anything but I can bend rules just a little bit, I knew how much help that these Newsies need what they need is to become a Union show Hearst and Pultizer that they are not weak, so I took a horse from Kloppman who took care of me and the other Newsies to Brooklyn.
* Meanwhile at Brooklyn at the Harbor on the docks that same day* So at Brooklyn upon arriving at the docks I tied my horse up against a pole where the docks started, it's been a while since I saw Thomas or Spot Conlon the key in New York City, for nobody knew what happened to his heart, but there is one person who has the heart of Spot Conlon himself.
Then I went to Spot and explained our situation and then he told me himself his conditions if he helps us with the strike against Hearst and Pultizer the big giants of New York City, but then one of the younger boys said " We're what," then I told him that Manhatten Newsies are going on a Strike. * End of Chapter 2 : We're what ! *
