By the time history comes around I feel a bit sick. I don't even want to imagine what rumour Chloe would spread if I spend any more time with Tom. Now can things change this much in one day?

When I get to the class I head to my normal seat at the back, avoiding walking past Tom. I don't know what I am going to do when the teacher makes us sit together, but i will just have to act like yesterday never happened.

As soon as I sit down I see Toms eye's on me. He is about to stand up when the teacher walks in, preventing him. I know what she is going to say before she even opens her mouth.

"Right everyone sit with there partners from yesterday"

I make no effort to move so Tom stands up and pulls there chair out next to me. I know I have gone back to being rude, but I don't really have a choice.

"You gone back to not talking or something?" Tom says with a chuckle.

I just shrug and look down.

"you are joking right?" he says, amusement in his voice.

"Joking about what?" I ask with a straight face, even though I am fully aware of what he is on about.

"Sam you know what I mean, why are you acting like you were yesterday?" he asks, confusion clear in his voice.

I one again just shrug. I feel as though it's easier then acting like I don't know what he's talking about or making up some shitty excuse.

"what the fuck? What has happened since this morning? You were fine then!" he says, slightly raising his voice.

Why is he getting so worked up about this?

It's only then that I realise the majority of the class are looking at us, Tom had clearly raised his voice more then I had realised.

"Ay Tom why you shouting at weirdo Warren? Tables have certainly changed since yesterday's lesson!" Chloe buts in.

Oh god. Please no.

"Shut up Chloe" he snarls.

Then the teacher finally tells the class to quieten down, so Chloe turns around, but not before giving me an evil glare.

"Right you either tell me whats going on or I will find out from someone else, so I suggest you tell me now!" Tom says in a much more hushed tone.

"Nothing is wrong, I am just trying to concentrate" I un-honestly reply.

" Bullshit, there is something wrong and I will find out what it is. Last night and this morning you were like a totally different person, and now you have gone back to someone I know you are clearly not." He almost whispers.

"So you going to tell me what has happened?" he continues.

I look at him then unsubtly divert my vision to Chloe's table. To my surprise Toms facial changes from a look of anger to understanding then back to anger in a matter of seconds.

"I should have guessed they had something to do with it, what did they do?" he quickly responds.

"I really don't want to talk about it now" I say.

"So after school then?" he states more than asks.

" okay" I say defeated.

"Mine or yours?"

"Mine, but you might have to leave early because I am having that 'family meeting' about yesterday"

" Okay, I will meet you where I met you yesterday" he tells me.

The teacher then starts rambling on about how this project is crucial for our GCSE and carries on for the rest of the lesson. Which it kind of good because it kind of takes away the current awkward silence between me and Tom.

Later isn't going to be fun.
