01| You MUST PM the form to me so that it's easier for me to manage your request. If you comment the form I will not do your request.

02| If I feel that I can't do the cover for you then I will decline your request. If you feel I'm not capable of doing your cover then it's fine for you to take the request back.

03| Do not annoy me and spam message me about how the cover is doing.

04| You must do the payment after Or during the making of your cover.

05| You muse be following me to have a cover.

06| When you do the form put at the end of the form #ImPactrickStar, so that I know you read all the rules.

You have to share one of my books to at least two people and vote on all chapters of one of my books.
