Agent Coulson was true to his word. He came round to pick you up after 10. He told you some of the other members that he sure are joining for example: Black Widow (who you were lookong forward to seeing again), Captain America(the man you have loved since the begining), Bruce Banner( The hulk). Agent Coulson took you to a quinjet. From where you were standing you could see Steve standing close by it. He looked interested by his feet as he stood there looking down. Agent Coulson had told you about his man crush on Steve and it made you laugh. It was one of the 1st times you laughed since you had woken up. Steve was the main person who made you laughed. You loved him dearly. When you arrived at the quinn jet Steve smiled at you offering his arm like a true gentleman. You happily took it. He has never changed you thought. You flashed him a quick smile when you sat down next to him. The plane fight was very quick and you landed on the helicarrier and to be greeted by Natasha (Black Widow). "Y/N!"she shouted. "Nat!" You replied. "I haven't seen you for weeks" she said after a brief hug." Yer i have been busy training with cap" you said smiling at him. Steve blushed in response. He rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "It was quite the buzz around here finding you to in the ice together." Natasha said. "It seems soo familiar like things have never changed from the army. Right Steve?" You stated. " um... yer a bit" he said smiling feeling more comfortable. "Do you have something going on then?" Natasha asked laughing at her own remark. "What... no we are not dating" you said. "Although I wish we were." You said underneath your breath hoping prying ears could not hear you. You were mistaken. Natasha had heard you and even though you two had only known each other for sometime you would know she will try anything to make it happen. For that you are greatful. You were interuped frm your thoughts as Dr Bruce Banner had come over. "Captain and Y/N" he said shaking your hand." Banner" you replied. Suddenly an alarm went off. " You might want to take a step inside. It's gunna get a little hard to breath." Natasha said smirking. "Is this a sub" Steve said. "Really they think it is suitable to put me in a metal submerised container" Bruce replied. Smiling at Bruces remark you placed a hand on his shoulder. The Helicarrier started to lift into the air and you wondered inside following Natasha who took you to the bridge. There you saw a strange man wearing an eye patch on his right eye. He was dressed in all black and barking orders about vashing. It reminded you of when you were at the base in the army. Fighting along side Captain America as the Howling Comanders. Bucky was there. You knew that you could have done something more to save him from falling off the train. You saw Steve walking up to the Man, who you guessed was called Director Fury, and hand him $10s. Natasha offered you a seat which you took. "Incase you didn't already know I am Director Fury" the man in the eye patch stated. You were right. "Thankyou for joining us Banner and you too Y/N" The Director said. "Thankyou for asking nicely" Bruce said nodding his head towards Natasha.
~Time Skip~
After a de-briefing from Fury you and Steve were escorted to a room from a standard S.H.E.I.L.D agent. "Doesn't this remind you of the good old days Y/N" Steve said. "Far too much. But without the others it just feels soo..." You repiled. "Yer I get the same feeling. Without Howard or Bucky or Peggy. God how I miss Peggy." Steve said. You sighed. "Is something wrong?"Steve asked. "No no I'm fine. It just... nevermind" you said. Steve blocked your way and held your shoulder looking into your eyes with concern. "Y/N please tell me whats wrong. Are you sick? Have I done something wrong?" He said. " No Steve I am fine really." You said budging past him. You get really annyoed when he talks about Peggy and how much he thinks she loved him. If only he opened his eyes and saw who has loved him from the very beinging. "Right sure you are alright" Steve asked again. " Steve I am Alright now I would like to see what Bruce is up to." You replied. "Okay but Remember I am here for you." He said giving you a smile and a brief hug before walking away. "Steve!" You called. "Yes" he replied. "Weird things are happening. It is the 21st century. We were bulit for the 40s. Sometimes the people who have loved you from the beinging are right in front of you. Just need to open your eyes." You said. He noded to you confused by your words. You turned and wondered off to find Bruce in his lab. "Women" said the Agent standing next to Steve. "Who are you?" Said Steve. The agent chuckled and contuined his way down the corridor. Steve stood there watching you until he could finally get his head around what you said you were already round the corner.
