Yo so this is a hella easy thing to do but it looks p rad and although like 90% of people know how to do it but like I've seen people complaining about pics being too small and some people just putting it on a white BG which is fine but this is more rad tbh
Step one: choose your landscape photo

Look at this gem omg like can we just I usually have matching Lockscreens so I always crop them to 3:2 to make it neater
Step two: load your picture to PicsArt

Step three: choose "square fit". I always use the default settings for best results. Click the tick.

Step four: SCREENSHOT the picture. DO NOT SAVE. This is essential to quality and placement.
