"Everlasting" (an original poem)

Everlasting hate seizes the day.

A day where it's not okay to be gay.

A crime to heinous, unjust and crude,

I never knew one could be so rude.

Sorrow sweeps the streets and homes,

All because someone is missing something from a reminiscent dome.

A dome where war rules the streets,

And no man could keep the peace.

Everlasting hate seized the day,

And we can only hope judgment do what it may.
