Goodbye

To follow but never catch

My dreams shatter and seep down into the ground to the ceiling of hell
Now nightmares that haunt me as I lie awake at night

My dreams disappear as they break away from my memories
Slowing fading from my world
Their existence is no more
As I conjure new dreams

all eventually crushed and forgotten
just like every thing else
But I keep dreaming
Dreaming of the day that they will stay

Stay here until I set them free

But they are too quick for me to catch so I just follow them
on this journey
they make me realize that this life isn't meant for me
no life is meant for me

so I follow them
in hope that I'll find what I'm looking for
but sadly I never did
but I follow them until they lead me
