First Time I Saw Her...

Luke's POV.

Early one summers morning, I awaken to the constant ring of my alarm. I groan as I slowly open my eyes to be greeted with the bright morning sun, shining through my bedroom window. "Err..." I swipe off my alarm, "it's too god damn early for this shi-..." I get interrupted, with a banging at my bedroom door, "Hey! Don't swear!" I huff and shout back, "FUCK OFF IRWIN!" I swear to god Ashton is the most annoying human being that ever lived... and still, I call him my best friend. I eventually get up, changed and head downstairs to be greeted by my mom. "Good morning honey" she says, with a smiles, I walks in to the kitchen, smile and before I open my mouth... "Good morning Mrs Hemmings!" Ashton beams, pushing me out the way. I look at him and mubbles, "dickhead... " before I push him back, I laugh at him then smile at my mom, "Morning mom" she walks over to me gives me a hug before flicking my head, "I love you honey, but for god sake stop swearing." I pout, "but mom... I didn't..." she shakes her head, "Luke I heard you, don't even try it." Ashton looks over at me, while trying not to laugh, "Yeah, Lukas!" I glare at Ashton, "hush yourself Aston." We hear a load thud and we both flinch backwards. "Can you both behave yourselves!?" Mom yells, couching at the handles of her purse. Ash and I look down and say "sorry..." mother composes herself and fixes her hair, "hurry on up, you'll both be late for class" she picks up her purse and walks out the front door, Ash and I get up and follow her out. We get in mom's car and she drives us down to college, I stare out the window and the same old scenery zooms on by. It's always the same old road, on the same old street with..." my thoughts get cut short, "here you are boys" mom pulls up outside our college grounds... I huff, "...the same old people..." mom gives me a look, "you'll be fine honey" she assures me, "and I'll be right here at the end of the day" she smiles. I nod, "see you later mom" I get out the car to be met by a eager awaited Ashton, as mom drives off, roll my eyes at him and cough, "nerd..." he kicks me in the shin, I gasp, "WHAT THE FUCK ASH!!" Mr Lawson was pass and hits me with ruler, "don't swear boy! Or you'll find yourself in detention." I rub my arm and say, "that's abuse... " Ash bursts into laughter as the first bell goes off.

I hate college, honestly I see no use for me being here... I wanna be a singer and being sat in a boring ass classroom ain't gonna make that happen anytime soon... As I stare off into the distance and nod along to whatever BS Ashton was on about, we make it outside our first class, biology with you never guess who... Dan Dan Daan... Mr Lawson. I cough, "dickhead" as Ashton practically drags me into class, he walks over to our usally seats at the back of the class, he walks pass Khaly, and says a quick "Hey.." flashing her a dimppled smile, well this is gross... she looks back at us, says "Hey boys" smiles and looks back at the front of the class.

I look at Ash, you know... it's rude to stare, I laugh as I push Ash. He finally takes his eyes away from Khaly and kicks my leg again, "shut up!... she'll hear you" he looks down at his note book. "Aw, Ash just because you love her" I poke Ash's cheek, he gives me the evilest look, I laugh before Mr Lawson walks pass our table, "that detention is still open Mr Hemmings." I fake a laugh as he makes his way to the front of class.

I swear to god he's a dick, I huff to Ash as class goes on. Ashton nods, "yeah, I know..." looking at Khaly again. She looks back a few times and smiles at us both, Ash smiles and ruffles his hair from time to time and I just wanna get the hell out here... I play around with my pencil between my fingers, it flips out of my fingertips and falls onto the floor. "Ugh... damn." I sit up and look over at my pencil laying on the floor beside Khaly's chair, she turns around confused, "what's the matter?" She asks. I attempt to get up before Ash pushes back onto my seat. I look at him, "what the hell-..." Ash nods to my pencil next to Khaly, "I'll get that for you mate" he smiles, gets up and walks over to Khaly. It's so gross how smitten he is over her... she's all Ash ever talks about and he needs to freaking stop. I turn my head away from the sad attempt of Ash trying to flirt with Khaly and look over to the clock hanging over the door, the clock reads 10:28am two more minutes until break and I'm out of this place. My eyes notice a girl standing outside our class... that's weird, I haven't seen her before... I keep looking at her, she's looking down at her phone, her brown-blonde hair covering half her glowing face, I crack a small smile as she pushes back her glasses and looks up. "Damn..." is the only thing I could say, when her crystal blue eyes met mine. She smiles at me and I can't help but just smile right back at her... what the hell am I doing... I don't smile... but she makes it look so easy. The bell for break goes off and everyone is in a hurry to get out, Ash pats me on the back, "you ready to man?" He questions. I look up at him, grab my stuff, "hell yeah, let's go!" We both walk out of class and I look around for Her, that girl with the flawless smile. I smiles as I look around for her, but I can't find her... "ugh! Where the hell did she go!?" frustrated I kick the wall. Ash turns back and says, "mate... you okay?" I huff, "fine. Ash, just leave it okay." I walk off, and as always he follows me. Grate. He catches up to me after I try to doge him, "Luke, can you stop being a ass and wait a minute!" I stop, and turn around, "what!?" Ashton looks at me and says, "dude, what's your problem?" I huff, "it's nothing..."
Ash shakes his head, "come on man, I know you better than that..." I sigh, "alright damn... There was a girl, she was outside our bio class and now I don't know where there the fuck she is..." Ash laughs, "all this over a girl?" I turn away and walk down the hall, "there's no need to be a jackass!" I shout back at Ash.
