Chapter 1. New Beginnings

      It was all a new day and I, Veronica Somers, is having the worst day ever. All in fact because I have to move houses, schools, and parents expect my mom! Also, my last name is pronounced like summer!
      Today was the day that I start fresh at a new high school, Hollywood Pines High School of course. I'm pretty sure then now you know where I live by now. I stopped at the entrance of the school and looked at where my future is starting. I enter the school and looked around. The high school isn't trashy and ratty like other high schools would be, instead it was nice and clean, but there seemed to be plenty of high schoolers. There were bad asses and rebels some nerds that I'm not assure of yet though. I'm surprised to see that this high school isn't burned down yet!
       I held a paper in my hand that had my schedules and my locker number and combination. I also had my books and extra supplies cause you'll never know what's going to happen!

"Where is this freaking place?!" I mutter to myself.

     While looking at the paper and still walking and not looking I bump into someone and made a loud thud. His/Her's chest was hard and muscular when we hitted each other. All of my books and supplies just fell to the ground.

"Oh um I'm so sorry I wasn't paying attention to where I was walking!" I say to the person.

      I bend down and barely get a glimpse of the person in front of me. I start picking up my books and supplies and get a hand from the person that I bumped into not to long ago. I look at the pardons face and find out for it to be a guy that is... looks popular.

"I'm so sorry again I wasn't paying att-" I stop as he started to speak.

"It's ok happens often, and I see you have English with me?" He said looking at me curiously while having my paper in his hand.

"Uh.. Well I guess I do then..?" I say speaking nervously.

"Well follow me and I'll show you where it's at and by the way my name Shawn, Shawn Mendes." He told me while inside my head I was almost freaking out because it's THE Shawn Mendes! I couldn't believe it! Well I have to act normal and he won't see me as a fan and let's just see how that works out...

         Well I just figured out why the school is called Hollywood Pines High School, obviously because there are like so many celebrities here that I didn't know about and I thought this was going to be a bad start for me! So he made his word and took me to class.

"Here is class your majesty." he says while bowing down.

"Um thanks for showing me to class I barley know anyone or anything here." I laugh while thanking him.

"Yeah no problem now oh I see my friends got to go sorry I'll see you later!" He waves at me while walking down the hall. I look down the hall and see his friends which happened to be Cameron Dallas (my ex crush got over him), Jack Gilinsky and Jack Johnson.

I walk into class and greeted my teacher.

"Hello your the new student right?" I nod my head.
