"Why didn't you tell me?" Sebastian's words froze Robyn in her place outside her apartment. By the tone in Sebastian's voice, she knew he wouldn't let this go easily.

"We were friends back then; best friends. Why wouldn't you have told me you were engaged to him."

Robyn wanted to act as if she had no idea what he was talking about, and play it off like she always does when he tries to mess with her. Only, he wasn't messing with her this time. No, Sebastian, as good an actor as he is, couldn't fake the look of betrayal in his eyes. She wished this was a nightmare, something which she would wake up from in the next second, only to find Sebastian sleeping beside her peacefully.
"I didn't tell anyone, Seb." Robyn told him carefully, watching his every move as if he were about to break. "Nobody knew about the wedding. Nobody was there but me and Jake."
"You could've told me when he left you," His voice rose with every word, showing no sign of him backing down from this. "I would've been there-"
"I didn't want you to be." Robyn confessed softly, hurt evident in her voice. "I wanted to be alone. I was heartbroken."

"You could've told me after we got together," Sebastian's voice lowered, his eyes averting from Robyn. "I tell you everything. Don't you trust me?"

"Of course I do." She murmured, not wanting to cry in front of him.
Robyn felt her eyes sting with tears over the entire situation. Her heart clenched in her chest when Sebastian wouldn't meet her gaze. As cliché as it sounded, she just wanted him to hold her.

"...Seriously?" Robyn asked, her tone showing a little more anger than before. Sebastian was acting as if he didn't even know her. "That's how you feel?"
Sebastian finally made eye-contact with Robyn, but the connection was ruined by the tears that sung in both of their eyes. Robyn could feel her heart shatter when Sebastian didn't reply to question.
"Then let me make this real easy for you, Sebastian."
And Sebastian just watched as she walked away, leaving him like a love sick puppy, alone, outside Robyn's apartment.
