"In Some other life"
In some other life. We are standing side by side and laughing, in some other life. We are apart.
Time: the healer and the killer.
I wanted to explain, but my soul was tied up in knots. And In the end, All I learned was how to be strong alone.
Autumn killed the summer with the softest kiss.
Life went on, but it was never the same again. And I was never sure whether you were the lighthouse or the storm. It would be easier to survive 4am with you. Asleep or awake, I dream of you. All the same.
And then there are the songs, I cannot listen to without hearing you.
It is both a blessing and curse to feel everything so very deeply. I went to sleep with music in my soul; Drenched in the melody of every word you spoke.
How strange to dream of you even when I'am wide awake. I gave too much of myself until there was nothing left, and then you were gone too because.
Who can love a spectre after all?
Sometimes I sleep
Sometimes I wake
Sometimes I speak
Sometimes I sigh
Sometimes I think
Sometimes I don't.
Today I lived but one day I will die.
Life is too short for all the lives I have dreamed of living.
