"I'm sure I will." I noticed we began to drive out of town. "You better not be kidnapping me."

"I'm not. I promise. Relax."

"Okaayy.. I'm trusting you with this."

.....

30 minutes later, we arrived at Mike's Grill. I sat up and unbuckled my seat belt, getting ready to open my door.

"No no. You stay right there." He said, getting out of the car quickly and jogging over to my side of the car, opening the door for me and helping me out. I smiled.

"Such a gentleman, aren't you?"

"Oh, well. A little dabber here and dabber there, ya know?" He chuckled, grabbing my hand and leading me inside. We chose a booth at the back of the restaurant.

"So, you've been here before?"

"I co-own it." He smirked. I raised my eyebrow.

"Woww, its nice in here. Honestly." He did his little chuckle again.

"Thanks."

"If you don't mind me asking, who's your partner?"

"My bestfriend, Caleb. He lives down here to be here 70% of the time. I can't really be here, being a photographer and all. But I'm here whenever I can be."

"Ohhh. That kind of explains why this part of the restaurant is sectioned off."

"What do you mean?"

"Well. The restaurant is packed. We are the only ones back here in this section and there are people waiting in line to be seated. You did not have to go through all that trouble for me. You don't have to impress me."

"I know." He smiled. "But I choose to because I want to show you a good time. Whether we in my house, your house, out somewhere, or whatever." I blushed lightly and nodded. The waiter came and took our orders. We sat there, quietly. I noticed he was staring at me but I couldn't tell his thoughts. Which made me wonder. I could feel my cheeks get hot, as I looked down at the table. "Let's talk about the other night." I looked at him.

"About that.. I'm sorry again for running out on you. That was very..... Awkward of me. I've never did that before." His face softened a little. And he gave me a small smile.

"Its okay ma. I was worried about you so I kind of followed you out, to make sure you were safe. And I kind of saw-"

"You saw me & him."

"I just want to know, do you feel anything for him?"

"Honestly, I do. But, I just don't want to keep getting hurt by him or anyone else. That's played out. I'm done with the chances I've given him. I've ran out of them. He's just staying there until he gets on his feet." He nodded. "Also, I'm sorry you had to see... You know.. Him act a little inappropriate towards me." He stiffened in his seat, then relaxed and chuckled.

"Oh its fine. Because if it was me, you would've never turned me down. And we would've made love right on that porch." He stared at me. I blushed and crossed my legs, feeling a little heated. He smirked, noticing my actions. "Tell me about the situation though."
