When something is recycled, it is reused in a different way. Recycled iteams are not thrown away into the trash. They are s3 nt to a recycling center instead. Workers there remove useful materials from each iteam. Then they use these materials to make new iteams. For example, pulp is a material in paper. Workers might use the pulp from old paper to make new paper.
