You watched the buildings pass by through the tinted window. It's been a week since you moved from your old home in Osaka to this new place. You felt your emotions swirl inside of you mixing both nervousness and excitement. Your leg started bouncing, it was one of your habits, in anticipation as you thought about the new school you were transferring to.

"I can tell you're nervous." Your older brother said as he saw your leg bounce through the rearview window. You have him a sheepish grin showing that he was right.
"A lot of new students would be nervous, so try to calm down." He suggested. You wanted to tell him you tried but you just sighed and turned to the window.

'Well someone like me would be way more nervous.' You thought silently sighing again. Your heart pumped and you started to sweat. What would the new students think of a new mute student?
'They would probably pity me or maybe ignore me.' You surmised. You knew teenagers would have a lot more difficulty accepting someone who was mute, it was just a different way of thinking. You knew at your old school it was the same way, and you hated it. Everyone made you feel like you didn't belong, well except for one person (B/f/n). They always made you feel like you belonged in the school, and always saw you for you not your disability.

'I miss him/her already.' You thought a little disheartened.

"Come on cheer up, I'm sure there's going to be at least one person that will like you." Your brother said. A high pitched bark then sounded. You both glanced at the small, white Japanese Spitz puppy in a cage next to your feet.

Your brother laughed, "See even Ringo agrees with me." He said. You rolled your eyes smiling. You bent down releasing the latch to Ringo's cage. You patted your lap, and he jumped up to settle down and watch out the window. You gave a small smiled at the hyper puppy, and pet his fur turning your head back out the window.

'Thank goodness he's so obedient.' You thought.

You let your thoughts wander as you let yourself daydream again. You were thinking of different scenarios for your next draft. Being a writer had its perks, even though you had no voice you could convey your emotions and thoughts into your words. It was why you wanted to pursue writing, not only that but a career in Literature as well. You took your backpack, and got your journal. Inside contained all of your writings from fantasy to romance to thriller. All the different genres you produced from your wild imagination. You also had little drawings of the many characters you had created.

You got your pencil and let the ideas from your mind flow onto the paper. It was a little hard with the car constantly bumping and Ringo squirming on your lap causing a slight distraction, but you wrote none the less.

"What are you writing there kiddo?" Your brother asked you.

You lifted your hands for a moment, "It's the draft of the next chapter to that thriller novel I was writing." Your hands and fingers made swift movements as you signed your answer.

"Oh that spy story?" He asked and you nodded happily.

"Heeeeh. Man I wish I was your editor instead your stories are way more interesting." He whined and you sweatdropped at his child like behavior.

"Have you thought of a title?" He asked. You shook your head going back to a pensive state.
"I bet if you ever get your newer drafts published you would be famous. Hey we could sell them in the new bookstore!" He said grinning.

You blushed in embarrassment hiding your face in your journal slightly.
"Still embarrassed about becoming famous?" He asked laughing. You glared at him and stuck your tongue out before you went back to your work.

Your brother stopped the car at the front entrance. You looked hesitantly at all the students walking to get to their classes.
"Come on, you don't want to be late now." Your brother encouraged you. You placed Ringo on the other side of the back seat; he perked up wanting to follow you.
