I was on my computer typing an essay for my professor. College was harder than I thought it would be. The time was 11:52 pm. I was getting tired fast. My typing has gone slower than before.

"Hey."

I stopped typing. I look around my room. My closet was closed. No lights were on. No one was there. I start typing again.

"Listen to me."

I turn again.
"Who's there?" I asked. My room was small. I think I would notice if someone came in. I'm going insane, aren't I?

"You aren't going insane, trust me."

"Then why can't I see you?" I'm surprised I'm taking this normal. Probably because I'm so tired I don't care right now.

"You look like it to me. Why are you here?"

The sun was shining through my curtains. I fell asleep at my desk trying to finish my essay. My essay......
My essay!
I bolt my head up. My computer was on and my essay was typed and done.
I stare at the writing.
I don't recall ever finishing it.....

"Good Morning!!"

"Ah!"

I jump a little. The little man appears on my screen again. I remember yesterday that I met him but I was so tired that I thought I was going insane.

"Did I scare you?"

"Yeah, a little bit...Did you finish my essay?"

"Yes, I did. Are proud of me?"

"Yeah...Thanks. What's your name I didn't get yesterday?"

I tap the screen a little. He blushes and tries to hide it but it doesn't work. I chuckle at his shyness. I check the time.
6:50 am.
Crap!
I have a 1 hour until school!

"Glitch, sorry to stay this but you I have to turn you off."

I turn my computer off and put it into my school bag.

I was in my class. Everyone looked tried probably because of the essay. Some students were still entering the class.

"Hey, (Y/n)!" My friend comes over to me.

"Hi, Suzy. Did you finish your essay?"

"Maybe....."

"Suzy, it's due today!"

"I know, I know. I've just been busy hanging out with Arin so much."

Suzy sits down next to me. She takes out her computer and shows me how much she did.
Her essay was 5 pages, mine was 20 pages. Big difference. Our professor walks in.

"Alright, class, time to take your computers out. Please take notes while this lecture."

I reach inside my bag and take out my computer.
When I opened it was on, I swear I turn it off.

"(Y/n), Why did you shut me!!"
Glitch yells at me. Everyone looks at me and I turned the mute button on.

"Is there problem Miss (Y/n)?"

My professor goes back to the lecture. I sigh. I typed in a notepad on my computer to talk to Glitch.

When I get back home will talk, I need to write down notes for my lecture.
