Malakia's pov
Many believe that being the youngest means you're your parents favorite. That use to be half true. I was my mothers favorite. I was a spitting image of her. I and Arwen were Ada's favorite. Arwen still is. Ever since mother passed about 60 years ago when the company of Thorin Oakinshield came to Rivendell, fathers never treated me the same. The only good that came out the dwarves visit, is that I met Bilbo Baggains, the hobbit that was accompanying the dwarves. I still remember the day we met.
58 years earlier
I was in the garden sharpening my sword when a small voice came from behind me. " You know how to use a blade, she-elf" Bilbo had said. " Do you know how to use an Elvish blade, halfling?" " No."" Well then you got your awnser." I said with a small chuckle. "My name is Bilbo, Bilbo Baggins." Bilbo said extending his hand for me. "Hello Bilbo, I'm Malakia Undomiel." I said, shaking his hand. A wave of realization hit his face as he realized who I was. " My lady." He said bowing. " No need to bow or be all proper around me master Baggins." I said." You and me are now friends. No need to treat me like royal."
Present time
Ever since that day, Bilbo and I have written to each other. Ada I don't believe was to thrilled about our friendship but he accepts it. I never got any better at fighting though. Still can barely use a sword. I've been begging Ada to let me learn, but he doesn't think it's safe because of my powers. For goodness sake, if I learned to fight, I'd be able to use my powers more. I don't know, maybe one day. Ethrohir and Elladan have taught me a little, I know how to use a bow slightly, but not enough to truly defend myself. One day though, one day I will be as strong in war as all elves.
