Xaviers pov
When Annebelle slammed the door shut I heard her say "I love you prince Xavier. But why do you have to be a vampire?"
She loves me??? She feels the same way I do?? This is impossible....She is a werewolf who grew up being taught to hate vampires and that vampires killed her mother. I want to tell her that I feel the same way. So I went out the door and went to her fathers study because I knew that is where she would go and what I heard broke my heart. She was telling her dad to call off the marriage and that I was arrogant and that she couldn't stand me. I got so angry. Her father told her no that he wouldn't call it off. That's dang right, she will marry me wether she loves me or not. I was about to explode. And when I did I slammed the study door open walked over to Annebelle and kissed her right on the lips and when I pulled away a minute later I looked her straight in the eye and said "Annebelle I love you and I will not give up on you until you feel the same way I do.vVampires only love one person in their life and when they fall in love they can't come out of it. I will protect you and make sure you are safe. I will help you rule both kingdoms. I want to be your forever."
She looked at me like she wanted to tell me she loved me. But then her face hardened and she began to speak "I will never love a bloodsucker. Your kind took the one most important person away from me. Your kind attacked my kingdom and killed many causing sadness and greaving to occur. I will never forgive your kind and I certainly will never forgive you and your father. I don't care that my mother was your mothers best friend. I will hate you til the day I die bloodsucker."
I looked in her eyes and could tell she was lying. I could see her heart braking while she was talking and I saw her walk out of the room and could hear a single tear drop hit the ground. I turned around back to the King and asked "What do I do?"
