As the hologram went blank, Kate smiled and let out a grateful sigh of relief. She ran towards the corner of the room and shoved weapons and clothing into a navy blue duffle bag.
"Kate what about us?" Both the twins questioned
"You can come along, you both said you're good with your powers right? Well if anything happens you can use them." Kate was unquestionable.
"We haven't used them on an actual person... I don't think this is a good idea Kate. I mean we just got here and plus we would be extra baggage."
"Blah blah blah hurry up, you guys don't understand how important this is to me. He's my partner and there's no say as to what the hell they could do to him there. I mean this man is dangerous." Kate stopped and explained to them.

They arrived near the building and decided it would be best to travel by foot. They stopped near a vent that would lead inside. The frightening memory of the massacre shook Kate, but they had to proceed regardless.
"Stay close to me... Sebastian should be held somewhere at the end of this vent system." They continued crawling through the vents which created slight echoing noises throughout the enclosed rooms below.
"Kate, if we do encounter trouble, do we just paralyze them or...?" James asked quietly.
"Whatever you have to do to survive. In this occupation, it's killed or be killed." Kate said, her eyes still fixed on the passageway ahead.
"Deschain said he would be somewhere around here, so we are going to be super quiet once we leave this vent. Make sure you stay close behind. Do you understand me?"
She stopped and turned her head to see the twins nod. She loosened the vent's screws and placed it on the opposite end.
"This is going to be our exit out of here." She jumped down and scanned the area before signaling the kids to come down. It was a long corridor of empty cells and rooms with chairs. They walked through the hall cautiously until they came to a heavy set of doors saying Caution: Dangerous Individual Ahead.
"Kate this isn't a good idea. It's too quiet and I'm sure it's heavily guarded." Ella said standing in front of Kate.
Kate pushed Ella aside and opened the doors which revealed a large, spacious room with a glass container in the middle. It was surrounded by a chain linked fence. Inside sat Sebastian who was sitting in the center, arms bound in a straight jacket. He looked asleep or sedated. Kate ran over to the fence,
"Sebastian!" She yelled. There was no response from him, not even a twitch. She then began to climb the fence and jumped down until she was inside the perimeter.
"Kate,we shouldn't be here."
"Ella, don't worry, this should only take a minute or two." After she said that clapping emitted from the opposite side of the room. Ella screamed as a result of someone gripping her hair.
"Katherine is that really you?" The voice called out. She slowly turned around and saw a tall, built, and brunette man who was dressed in a uniform.
"Let us go or you won't like what'll happen next."
The man sighed at her response, "I guess you don't remember me then. Very well, now will be the perfect time to catch up on years of lost memories." With Ella still in his grip, he made his way over to the fence and unlocked the gate which led inside. Kate was tense and unsure what to do. It would've been easier to escape if she has Sebastian out of the cage.
The man let go of his grip on Ella and wrapped his arms around Kate. Her face showed discomfort.
"It's me, Aidan Coppens; you remember Coops." She immediately clicked and hugged back, everything went blank as she remembered who he was.
"You look great and you became a soldier." She smiled.
"You don't look to shabby yourself and you're a..." He went silent and let go of her to get a clear view.
"Kate... what are you? You're not the same girl with the job you so desired, now are you?"
