Cassidy and Ellie have been best friends since kindergarten. They do everything together, trail ride, painting nails, and basketball. They both love basketball. Cassidy is a tall brunette who has glasses. Her and Ellie practically spend every minute together. If they are not together, they are on the phone.

I was just sinching up my saddle when I saw Cass riding up the driveway on her horse~Piper. Piper is a 14.2 hand palimino with a great form. She may be small, but she has power. Lots of power. She is Cassidy's best barrel racing horse. She has two horses but one of them is mostly for trail riding.

" So Cass, I was thinking, we'll I don't know.. it might be a little crazy, I mean I will never be your level of a rider," I said.
" What are you talking about???"
" well. I was thinking, maybe with some training, I could get into barrel racing like you guys. I mean it's just a thought."
" OMG! I have been trying to convince you to get into barrel racing for three years Ellie !! I can't belive it actually worked!! "
" wait you have? "
" Yes, couldn't you tell?"
" Actually no, I mean , I was just hoping to be able to join and have fun with you guys."
" oh .. ya that is a good idea, you should look into that." The rest of the ride was silent

When I finished un-tacking and brushing stella off, I put her out in the paddock with the others. When I went inside my mom served me with some salad.
" So, how was your ride?"
" It was good, actually, I have something to bring up with you..."
" oh well, go on,"
" okay. I want to barrel race with my friends"
" why did you sound so nervous. Of course you can barrel race. You are a great rider."
" Really !! I thought you were going to say no !! I am so happy ! Thank you sooo much ! I have to go call Cass!"
