Chapter 2

Your POV:

It's 2:30am and we have been waiting in the cold for them to come back out.
By this time other harmonizers have gathered. It wasn't too busy for them to stop so we still had a little bit of hope.
About ten minutes later we noticed there car reversing to that stage doors meaning they must be leaving anytime. Everyone stood at the side of the road to wait for them to come past. They all got into the cars with their mums and drove straight past us. "Omg man I just want a cuddle" Georgia whined. "Me too" I said. Then I got an idea, "Georgia how far is it from here to there hotel?" I asked, she didn't say anything just pointed at the rest of the harmonizers running with the car. Georgia, Becky and I sprinted after the car until it got to a main road then we cut down an alley. I really should stop smoking my chest is hurting from the cold air. As we reached their hotel there was already fans there and the ones who also waited outside the bar turned up with us. We waited and waited for about 10 minutes until the girls security came out with the staff from the hotel and start putting barriers up.
"Not all of the girls are coming down but as its their last night here and all you guys are crazy a few of them want to come meet you" their security guard said.
Georgia, Becky and I just looked at each other with pure excitement spread across our faces. Don't get me wrong I was excited but really nervous at the same time. Being in the presence of the girls I think I would be able to handle, but Dinah-Jane, my crush, I feel my legs go weak and am suddenly snapped out of my thoughts when Georgia grabs my arm and pulls me into the que with her and Becky.

About 10 minutes later we see the hotel doors open and out walks Normani and Dinah. They both look so beautiful, Dinah is wearing a oversized hoodie over her stage outfit from the performance tonight she looks so cute. As we started getting closer to the front Camila walks out with her mum Sinu.
"We will be back soon guys and then we can get pictures" Camila said with a smile.
Everyone wished them fun for wherever they were going at 3am and waved them off.
Before I even knew it I was at the front of the que. Normani Kordei was less then a yard away from me, god she looks like a fucking queen up close. I'm snapped out of my thoughts once again but this time by Normani waving her hand in front of my face.
"Hello...." she laughs.
"Umm...h..hi" I say in absolute shock.
Right Y/N act chill their just normal people.
"So do you want a picture?"
"Yes please but can I maybe have a cuddle as well?" I say shyly
"Of course you can sweetie, come here" Normani pulls me into a warm hug. We take a few pictures on my phone and as Normani is about to move to the next person I burst out and say "Your so so beautiful". Y/N I say to myself where the hell did that confidence spring from.
Normani looks at me and says in the most meaningful voice,
"Thank you so much but your the beautiful one gorgeous" and smiles.
At this point I don't know where the girls are and all I know is Dinah is literally 2 yards away from me and I'm about to either cry or have a panic attack. You can do this Y/N, she is just a normal person, come on stop fan girling.
I start getting my camera ready once again as I look up I am met with dark beautiful brown eyes and a smile that made me go weak in my legs.
"Hello, what's your name?" Dinah asks stepping forward holding my hand that I didn't even realise she had grabbed.
"Hi...I'm Y/N" I say as chilled as possible.
"Cute name for a cute girl" Dinah grins.
Fuck her grin, her smile, her eyes. Okay stop yourself Y/N this is no time to have a thinking spree.
"Do you want a picture?" Dinah asks quietly.
"No..well I would like one but..um...could I maybe..please have a cuddle?" I ask quiet so that only she could here. Before she even responded she pulled me into her and wrapped her arms around my head as I wrapped them around her waist. I took a deep breath taking in her vanilla scent. The height ratio between Dinah and I was very much different. So my face was pretty much just above her breasts and when I realised this I felt my cheeks start to heat up. I nuzzled my face a bit higher it her neck and whispered something into her ear that I never thought I would actually be able to say to the person I have been crushing on for so long.
"Dinah, you are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen and I want you to know that no matter what anyone tells you, as long as you believe in yourself deep down that you are as beautiful as I see you then nothing else matters".
With that she tightens her embrace a little before letting go and facing me. I could see her eyes a little watery but I wasn't too sure.
"Y/N you are absolutely gorgeous and I can't thank you enough what you just said, please remember that you are so beautiful no matter what anyone or anything tells you, you are beautiful just the way you are" she says whilst holding my hands and stroking her thumb across one of them.
"Thank you Dinah" I smile a sympathetic smile.
"Don't thank me beautiful" she smiles and grabs my phone to take some pictures.
Once we had taken a burst of about 30 pictures she hands me back my phone and holds my hand for second before saying.
"I hope to see you again" she gives a weak smile knowing that it was pretty much unlikely and then moves to the next person.As I stand there in absolute shock to what just happened I realise that I should really move to the back so others can get the front.
Eventually reaching the back I find Georgia and Becky standing there. As soon as they see me they run over and pull me into a hug. Jesus I can feel their excitement radiating of their bodies.
"Y/N!!!!Y/N!!!!" Georgia shouts.
"OMG I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING..." Becky starts then stops halfway through realising something. Becky looks at Georgia before continuing. "Y/N..are you okay?" she says quietly. I stand there still in complete shock as the girls pull me a little further down the street to sit on some steps. When I finally brought myself back to the real world and out of my thoughts I finally spoke up saying.
"I'm never going to see here again...am I?" I look towards the girls. They look at each other then look back at me. Becky grabs my hand and starts.
"Look, we know how much not only the girls but especially Dinah means to you, next time they are here we will try everything in our power to bring you back, maybe when they tour here and then you can maybe write her a letter and tell her everything you have always wanted to say?"
"Thank you girls, so much" I smile a genuine smile.
"I'm gonna go for a walk down the Thames on my own, I'll be okay I promise I have battery on my phone, I just need some time alone" I say.
They look at each other once again before smiling and hugging me.
"Be careful, if anything happens call us okay?" Georgia shouts as I start to walk towards the end of the road.
"Yeah I will" I say. As I say this I walk past the entrance to the hotel and catch Dinah looking at me. Our eyes meet for a few seconds before I look away. I'm angry I'm really upset because I know that so many fan girls say that they are in love with their idol and I know I don't know Dinah personally but I feel such a connection with her, it just really hurts because I know she would never be interested and that I have 0.01% chance of actually having a chance to be the one to make her happy.

Honestly I have never written a fan fic before, meeting the girls in London like explained in these two chapters actually did happen but I've had this idea for a while and as there isn't many Dinah/You stories out there so I thought I would write one. Please let me know if I should continue it would be really appreciated!!
