Meet Clarke Adams. The angel of paradise. She lives in Pacific Palisades, California, just 25 minutes west of Los Angeles. This is her senior year at Pacific Palisades High School. She's the perfect student, straight A's, a great home life, and great friends, or at least thats what everyone else thinks... She moved to Pacific Palisades in the middle of her seventh grade year. She instantly made friends and became one of the most popular girls there. Little does everyone else know that she comes with a dark past. She taught herself to build these walls so no one would see the real her. That was until the ultimate bad boy moved to Pacific Palisades.

Meet Ryan Parker. The ultimate bad boy, the ultimate player, and the ultimate heartbreaker. He moved to Pacific Palisades the summer before his senior year. He vowed to himself that he would never fall for any girl, he would never develop feelings after he lost his true love in a car accident. He had built these walls ever since that day three years ago when he lost her. That was until he saw Clarke Adams at the beach during summer vacation and never saw her again... that was until the first day of their senior year when he spots her in the hallway. He knew something was different about her and he was on a mission to find out.
