The Woods
"Run! Run! Jonathan grab Hazel and run to the car!" Shouted Charlotte. "Owen and I will try to distract it!"
6 hours earlier: "Mom is it ok if Hazel, Jonathan, and Owen come over and hang out today?"
"I don't care as long as you guys don't go play in those woods, I hear there's some guy out there?" Said Charlotte's mom Audrey.
"Well I don't believe that," Sarcastically said Charlotte. "If that's true then why don't they have proof?"
"I don't know i'm not a detective," she said
As Hazel, Jonathan, and Owen walk in the door Charlotte was on her laptop researching about the guy in the woods. "Why are you looking up that?" said Owen. Charlotte closes her laptop. "What were you doing?"
" Im looking up things about this... You know what it doesn't matter,"
"What was it about?" said Jonathan.
"Nothing were going to the woods," said Charlotte.
"Who's taking us?" asked Hazel.
"Were walking." said Charlotte.
"Mind to tell us why we're going to the woods?" asked Owen.
"Just come on guys."
"Why can't your mom just take us?"
"Were doing something she told me not to," whispered Charlotte.
"Could your dad because i'm not driving us. I don't have enough gas ?" asked Jonathan.
"I would rather not even talk to him," Charlotte.
"I don't wanna walk," wined Hazel.
"Well we're going" told Charlotte. 'Weather we walk or not."
"Thats like a mile away," Hazel wined.
"Well then we better start walking then," exclaimed Charlotte.
"I don't think this is a good idea," said Owen
"I think it's a great idea!" exclaimed Jonathan
"Well let's leave before my mom figures out that we're leaving."
As they start walking Hazel asks, "Would you mind to tell us why were going to the woods, the woods are creepy."
"Why do you care, okay well earlier today my Mom was talking about some guy. Asked what was up she told me that there's this really creepy guy in the woods that kidnapped this girl and they can't find her." said Charlotte.
"I don't think this is a great idea," said Hazel
"We have four of us and one of him" said Jonathan
