Chapter 1

It was One fall night in beautiful Brooklyn, New York, A new breeze is blowing . The light breeze touched the leaves and they danced in the air of October. People are wrapped up in cozy coats, some holding cup of coffee, and others holding onto their partner. The fall is my favorite time of year. I love the colors. The Moon is out. breeze is soft, calming and peaceful. I walked through campus, trying to get too the building where my dorm was at. I walked up the stairs and finding my dorm, I get out my keys and I opened the door. I drop my stuff down and I noticed Rissa wasn't here.  I look around the dorm room Rissa  and I shared. Rissa and I had been friends since I basically got here 2 years ago. We've became best friends from day 1, just because we loved the same stuff. 

I was known as the typical sweet girl , oh but wait, a party wild girl and it was true. I didn't like to be boring. I kinda was never really a partied in high school though, because my parents but things change in College, you could say theere were ten times better than high school parties .  I grew up in The city of Los Angeles. Life was pretty much boring out there, my strict parents bossing me around, wanting me to do what they wanted. No matter if I was old enough, they'll would treat me like a 10 year old. Now that I'm 21 and can do whatever I want, not caring. I moved to Brooklyn New York 2 years ago For college, I love it out here.

Our room was pretty simple, not much too it. I lay down In my bed, reading a magazine. Feeling slight tired because of work. I worked at a Restaurant as a waitress, it was always busy . So I wanted to sleep,
"Hey girly I'm back." She says closing door behind her, she has bags. "I went shopping." She breaks a smile.

Her big curly hair quite messy from the wind but yet she manage to look beautiful.

" Oh what did you buy?" I smile.

"Well...I bought few outfits for us." She laughs setting the bags on her bed. "I'm hoping you like what I got you!"  Risa loves to shop, she is really shopaholic.

I raise an eyebrow, " You didn't have to buy me anything Risa, you know I don't want you spend your money on me."  She ignores me and claps her hands.

" Look how  dope this is." She smiles, holds up a Kanye's Pablo shirt that says . It was quite amazing , my type. " I hope you like it." She hands it to me.

"I don't like it, love it ! thank you!" I smile, admiring it, I've been wanting it since I saw Kayne wearing this shirt

" Oh and look at these high waisted ripped shorts!" She smiles and hands them to me

" Dude you didn't have too, love it." I smile at her but why is she doing this. "Wait, why did you buy us clothes." I bite my lip trying figure why and I can tell she has a smirk on her face but isn't sure what to say to me.

"Look, there's going to be a party and I got invited." She bites her lip, "Well, I wanted you to come with me." She looks at me and I laugh at her, trying to get why she said it like that.

"Omg Rissa, of course I will go. You don't have to ask me twice." I chuckled but then Rissa has a serious face.  Okay why is she looking at me like that . " What?!"  I raise an eyebrow.

"It's Jeremiah Party." She blurts out . I widen my eyes. Jeremiah party, what? Why does it got to be his party, hell no I am not going, of course not. Rissa is crazy if she thinks I'll be going to Jeremiah's party.  I didn't expect her to say this, I sigh looking at her.

"I'm not going to his party!"

"Oh come on, you don't have to see him." She says firmly, her eyes turn to me. I shake my head,

"Rissa you know I can't stand him and especially what he did to me!" I stand up putting my clothes away, while Rissa just stares at me, I hear her sigh.

"Please, I know what he did was wrong and all but it's been awhile since that happened. Plus I don't think you'll even see him! There's going to be a lot of people, it's the first party of the year! I'll be there with you and also Jenna will be there!"  She is right, it's been awhile and I need to continue with life and forget about him.

"Okay fine, I'll go." I laugh while I see Rissa jumping of excitement and her eyes brighten.

" Well We have to get ready babes." She smiles and I nod.
