The School Spies

Hi! My name is Marianne Evans. I'm 15 years old and I love to read. My all-time favorite book series is Harry Potter of course! I have black glasses and I'm at the top of all my classes except a lot of the kids don't like me very much... Well Anyways, this is how my life changed.

This morning I woke up at around 6:00, like every morning, and started to get ready for school. Even though I hated going I still got ready and went out to the bus stop. Today I decided to wear a blue t-shirt, some shorts, and a grey hoodie. Nothing special besides my new converse I got the week before. Once I got to the bus stop a girl and a guy started laughing at me. It didn't bother me too much considering the fact I was used to it by now. People always laugh at me or pick on me but I never had the courage to stand up for myself. I pull out my Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban book and start reading while ignoring everyone calling me a nerd. When the bus pulls up I get in my seat by myself, since my best friend was at the dentist, and start reading again.

Once the bus pulls up to the school I put my book away, wishing I could read some more, and stand up to get off. I got pushed around so it took awhile before I got off completely. When I was at my locker I found my other best friend Rose. I grab my Chemistry books ( I want to call it Potions but Rose says I'll get bullied even more ) and then rose and I head down to Chemistry.

After Chemistry is over I have gym so I tell Rose good-bye since she is heading down to Math. I don't like gym but I also don't hate it like some other girls in my class. The first thing coach makes us do is run 5 laps around the track to warm up so we all head out to the track and start running.While I'm running my 3rd lap I notice a girl who is running so fast to the point where it's a little weird She runs and finishes the lap she is on, like normal, But wait a minute! She is heading towards the side where we go when we are done with our laps. She has a big smile on her face so I just mumble lucky and keep on running. The whole time during gym I keep am eye on her because I want to see if she is just really good at running, like some other kids in my class or really good at running and makes the other fast kids in my class look bad.

At the end of class I meet up with Rose and tell her everything about the girl I saw. I started with how fast she ran when we were doing laps and when we did the shuttle run. The whole time Rose just said that she was probably jut really good at running and I have nothing to worry about, but still! I'm going to keep an eye on her. Me and Rose start walking towards our lockers again so we can pick up our books for our next class. While I'm grabbing my History books someone calls Rose. When Rose and I turn around the same person calls my name.

"Rose! Marianne!" Calls the mysterious voice again...
