Chapter 2: Jealousy

Pan's POV: After ____ went to go dance with the lost boys I turned to Felix and glared at him, "We need to talk." I said coldly. He sighed and followed me into my tent once we were inside I whipped around and started yelling at him, "What do you think you're doing?" I said in a half whisper half yelling voice. "What do you mean?" He asked in a confused tone. "I mean with _____. When I told you to be more friendly towrds her I didn't mean taking her away somewhere and kissing her!" I raved. "You saw that!" He said in a whisper- yell. "I'm the bloody King of this island I see everything!" I spat. "So what I like her? What's the big deal?" He asked in frustration. "The 'big deal' Felix is that you like her, and because of that your judgement will be clouded and you could get hurt that way!" I said defensively. "Maybe your right." Felix said taking a step closer to me, "Or maybe...your just jealous." He said. I pushed him out of my tent in frustration and started fighting him. The lost boys stared in amazement. Felix and I have never fought, so the boys didn't know what to do; even _____ was in shock. Finally after minuets of countless punches to the face and kickings to the gut someone finally pulled me off of Fleix. I wiped the blood off of my lower lip and said, "Put him in the cage!" I screamed before walking away from the camp. ______ followed after me calling my name. "Pan! Pan wait!" After walking a few yards I turned around to come face to face with her. "What do you want?" I asked annoyed and on the verge of a mental breakdown. "I just wanted to make sure you were alright." She said sweetly, "Can I walk with you?" I nodded and the two of us walked in silence until we reached a clearing. I sat down in the middle of it and looked up at the sky. I started to cry forgetting that _____ was there until she spoke, "Pan what's wrong?" I quickly wiped my tears but it was useless, they just came back. "I hurt Felix. I've never in all my years here on Neverland have had an argument much less a fist fight with Felix. I hurt him, he's my best friend and I beat the living shit out him!" I said covering my face with my hands as I cried harder. "Pan it's okay, I'm sure Felix knows you didn't mean it." ______ said trying to make me feel better. "If you don't mind me asking what where you two fighting about?" She asked. I stopped crying and looked at the ground in shame. "You." I mumbled hoping that she didn't hear me. "Me?" She asked surprised. I nodded not taking my eyes off the ground. "Pan why were you guys fighting over me?" She asked in her usual tone of voice. I didn't say anything I got up, walked over to her and kissed her. She was shocked and when she didn't kiss back I felt my heart break. I pulled away from her and she looked at me with sorrow in her eyes. "To the cages with you." I said taking her arm and dragging her back to camp. "Put Jet in a cage as well." I said pushing her towards the boys before walking to my tent for the night.

Felix's POV: I saw the boys putting _____ into a cage and frowned, 'Pan never did know how to deal with his emotions properly.' I thought to myself as they strung her up beside me. After the boys left I looked at the cage next to me. "_____." I said, "Felix, what's happening one minuet Pan is kissing me and the next I'm being strung up in a tree!" She yelled. "Wait. Pan kissed you?" I asked surprised. "Yeah but I didn't kiss back, I don't like him like that." Her words surprised me, "You- you don't like Pan?" I asked. "Yeah, I mean he acts like he's the King around here and he's not." She said. I sighed, "Actually he is. That's why the lost boys and I are so loyal to him. And you should be too." I said. "Loyal to Pan? Felix he beat you up!" She said. "I know, but I also know that he didn't mean it, he's my best friend and I am going to be loyal to him until the end." I said. "You're stupid all of you Pan is a monster!" She yelled. "I've hear enough!" I looked down to see Pan standing below the cages with a smug look on his face. "Let Felix down boys, as for Jet...he's going to stay up there until he realizes his place on his island." Pan said. I was let down and Pan opened the cage door and got out and was greeted by Pan's open arms. I hugged him tight and he apologized for hurting me. I told him lost boys never apologize and he laughed. The two of us stayed behind as the rest of the boys went back to camp. "Felix what the hell!" ____ yelled at me. "Sorry love unlike you I know where Felix's loyalty lies... with me." Pan said before he looked at me and the two of us walked back to camp leaving _____ behind in the cage.
