Chapter 123: Let's all Calm Down

Chapter 123 : Let's all Calm Down

Shi Hui has not woken up yet and Bai Luo Yin, himself, had endured a lot the entire night. At that very moment, hungry struck him. He had every intention to head out first, have a quick breakfast before coming back to wake Shi Hui up.

Upon pushing the door open, Bai Luo Yin's breath was taken away, astonishment devoured him whole.

The floor was covered with cigarette stubs. And furthermore, someone was crouched against the corner of the wall, consciousness still hovering over him.

Gu Hai's complexion possessed a relatively bluish green shade. He was unshaven, and his stubbly, a faint shadow, emphasized the sickly touch of restlessness, was still painted on his face as he stood in front of Bai Luo Yin. His lifeless obsidians eyes were eschewed of all vitality.

"You're awake?"

Bai Luo Yin 's expressions were hollow as he nodded his head.

Seven days had passed by without seeing each other. And, although, Gu Hai had not taken the initiative to contact Bai Luo Yin, the painful agony of missing him, had long penetrated into every organ and fiber of his body. The instant his eyes rested upon Bai Luo Yin, all reasons swiftly flew away. Whether or not Bai Luo Yin had forgiven him, did not matter any longer, as Gu Hai immediately pulled him into a tight hug.

"Come back home," said Gu Hai sincerely.

Bai Luo Yin did not say anything and remained grounded. His entire body suddenly stiffened. So much so that, it was even more numb than Gu Hai who had stayed outside the whole night.

"I'm going to gather your belongings for you."

Bai Luo Yin's arm ferociously stretched toward Gu Hai, blocking him from the door.

With a soft and gentle smile embracing the lines of his lips, Gu Hai's hand pinched Bai Luo Yin's cheeks for a few seconds.

"You're still angry at me? Can't you offer me a smile after seeing me crouch out here all night?"

Bai Luo Yin's head was an empty space, void of all emotions.

Gu Hai could sense that Bai Luo Yin's expressions were enchanted by irregularities. However, he had also thought that Bai Luo Yin, up to this time, was still angry at him. That was only until he heard an indistinct sound travelled through the room.

"Bai Luo Yin."

Shi Hui has finally rouse from her slumber and had detected that Bai Luo Yin was no longer there. Noticing that the door was slightly opened, she could not help but to call out.
