I sat down at my desk, watching everyone else chatting to their friends, laughing at all the small jokes they made to each other. I watch as the teacher walks in shushing the class, she's short, Brown curly hair that sits nicely on her shoulders holding a book and a laptop "silence please, we have an assembly so make your way down." She places the book and laptop down, I sighed in disappointment, everyone else cheered. History was always my favourite class but now I have to be a loner and sit crowded around my year, let alone be at the front because if I sat anywhere near the rest of the year they'd bully me and make smart jokes about me to impress their mates. I take my books and bag, Miss Jones, our teacher, never really noticed me in class but she knew I was smart and that i loved her History lessons, I make my way to the toilets instead of the assembly hall and I look through the window until everyone left so that I could walk home and say I got sent home because I was 'sick'.

"Charlotte, I'm not taking your 'I got sent home because I was sick' excuses anymore, stop skipping school." My mother warns "I get bullied mum, it was assembly so, I left. Nobody cares about me" I cry, not literally. She sighs and nods "go to bed, get some rest - I'll phone up the school" she said. My mum let me off for alot of things, not tidying up, going out really late for midnight walks, skipping school, things like that. I open up my laptop and sign into my facebook, "7 notifications" I say to myself, mum, gran. "So many friends" I quietly laugh to myself but that smile fades, a sad face appears, letting tears fill my eyes and run down onto my cheeks, I shut my laptop down. "Fun life" I say to myself, my mum enters the room and I have one second to come up with a sleeping position. "Hunny, I know your awake" she chuckles. "Yeah, couldn't sleep" I say to her, she walks over to my bed and sits down. "I've been thinking, should we move you to a different scho-" I cut her off, "No, mum. They'll think I moved because I'm a useless girl who can't stick up for herself-" I get cut off by my mother "shush, they won't, get some sleep and actually sleep this time" And she left, after that i fall asleep.

Today is Saturday, no school. Finally, I walk downstairs to make myself some coffee I grab a mug from the cupboard and put a spoonful of coffee in the mug and just put a whole load of sugar in, hey, don't judge! I don't like it strong, I like it sweet. Anyway, I walk upstairs and log onto my laptop before clicking YouTube and start watching alot of MDE videos. I spend the rest of the day going for a walk and climbing trees and building forts, What? Can a girl not be able to do things like this? I don't like painting my nails, unless... they're black but still. I see a tree and its massive, I really want to go climb it and so i walk over to it but theirs a small river blocking me to it. I notice some small pieces of wood and then pile them over the river. I then walk past it and start climbing the tree, I got to the top and there was an amazing view, I slowly start to climb down and I get to the middle of the tree before placing my foot on the wrong branch and it snaps causing me to loose balance I fall but manage to grab a tree branch, wow. A fall like that could of killed me. I thought. And when I got down I walked over the wood and got home, still thinking of that thought from the moment it happened to the moment i closed my eyes at night.
