yeah... i really need to come up with better chapter names...Begin by opening a blank template in superimpose. Then open a png of your choice in the foreground- this looks best if you just have the head and shoulders. Position the png wherever you like, but I suggest in the middle near the top. Merge this.
Next, open the leaves picture below in the foreground. You can choose to use the original picture, in which case you'll have to erase the parts you don't want, or you can use mine, where I've erased the top half, and left part of the bottom half to conceal the bottom of the png. I know mine has really weird lines, but I had to get rid of some parts that were too dark. Position the picture where you would like it, and erase any bits hat you don't want. Then save this.
The grey parts on mine will go away when it is merged.
Finally, open phonto, and add your text. I used the font surfing capital. To get the gradient effect, tap on your text, then go to style>text>create colour pattern (this is at the bottom) and then choose your colours. As you can see, I went for red and orange, as these are more leav-y colours. The default setting is character by character for the colours, but you can change this by tapping where it says 'horizontal (c)' next to he save and done buttons. I used the setting 'Vertical'.
And you're done! Please tell me if you have any problems with this (or any of my other tutorials) and I'll try and sort them out! Thanks!
