17. Hello Mr. Pop Star, I'm Alice ~The Story~

I took a picture of Adam in concert and then went backstage. I had to get this picture emailed to People magazine so they could run a story on the band. Once the concert was over I followed Adam home because of something he wanted to do.

I got out of my car and he grab my hand and I followed him to what looked like is four-wheeler and then once the light came on I saw it was in fact a four-wheeler.

I sighed.

and then got on. We drove for a good mile or so and then we ended up by this lake and barn.

"Adam," I said.

"Alice," He said.

"Are we at someone else's house?" I asked.

"No," He said with a laugh.

"I actually didn't know I had this place back here until after I lived here," He added.

I nodded and then got off the four-wheeler.

We walked to the boat and the only lighting was the moon glaring off the water. He helped me on the boat and then grab the paddle and moved along the lake.

"It's nice back here, it's quiet. You can't hear the cars as much." I said.

"I know I enjoy that, Some form of normalcy." He said.

I nodded in agreement.

"So um I think I'm going to move." He said.

I looked up at him.

"Move?" I said.

"Yeah, it's more on your side of town and off the beach. It's also closer to the main arena the band plays at and the studio." He said.

"Yeah but why would you leave somewhere that's nice and quiet for some place that's loud and infested with paparazzi?" I asked.

"It just seems more convent." He said.

"Well if you say so," I said.

"What you don't want me moving?" He asked.

"I never said that," I said.

He smiled.

"I know I'm just messing with you." He said.

He kissed me and then got us back to shore.

"I should be getting home," I said as I got off the four-wheeler back at the house.

"Yes because your company around her is drag," He said with a smile.

"I'm going to end up beating your ass tonight," I said.

"Promise?" He asked.

"No," I said.

He laughed and the softly pressed me against my car and kissed me.

I pulled away.

He looked at me and smiled.

"I didn't want it to stop," I said.

"Then stay," He said.

"I can't," I said with a smile.

He grab my hands and held them.

"I know," He said.

I nodded.

He kissed me one more time and then open the car door for me.

"Be careful and have a goodnight Alice," He said.

"You to," I said with a smile.

I went home and took a shower. I laid down in bed and figured stuff out with Adam's schedule especially since the voice is starting tomorrow.
