"I will be okay, I will be okay," I repeated to myself silently. Then, I opened the door. I looked around and saw, barely anybody. "I hate the country," I said arrogantly. I hated my new house, I hated my new school, and now I hated the country. It was my idea to move to a new place, but I now realize it wasn't a good one. As I walked into math, I saw my new friend from church, Carrie. "Hi Candace!" Carrie said. Carrie had red hair, and bright blue eyes. I looked nothing like her, I have blonde hair and green eyes, but who cares. Friends don't care what you look like, just your personality, and Carrie and me both have the same personality, curious. And that is where I ran into trouble. School was just another boring day, so I was eager to get home. I walked on the bus and prepared for the 30 minute ride home. As I approached my house, I grabbed my book bag and jumped out. I was ready to explore my new house, I mean, I had only been there 2 days so I hadn't had much a chance to look around. I opened the door and tried to ignore my mom. I loved her to death, but she could be very talkative, and I was determined to look around. So, I started with my room.
