After Dhruv' s call Nandini call Navya for some hospital work but Navya start her charter box so nandini's phone is again busy. After sometimes nandini tell Navya that she is tried they will talk tomorrow & cut the call because she know Navya again start
Her drama. Nandini is really tried.

Manik is hell annoyed as nandini's phone is busy from last 1 hour.
So he thought it's last try other wise he never ever call her.He call her again & luckily phone start ringing. After 4 bells nandini pick up the phone.
N: hello ( in tried tone)
After listing his voice his anger vanished. Listing her tried tone he get worried
M: hi.. Why r u sounding low?
N: nandini then check phone I'd it is Manik so her all triedness fly away..
N: hi Manik , nothing just aise hi.
Tum kaho what r u doing ?
M: philhal tumse baat.
N: ohh. Had ur dinner?
M:(he totally forgot his dinner as he is busy calling nandini, stammer) woh ...nahi
N: Manik what is this u should had ur dinner on time.
M: ohh sorry I will order something
N: u better be do it now.
M : nandini tumhne khana kha liya ..
N:(this time nandini stammer) woh..
M: what is this ?first u patient on top of that ur doctor.how u can be careless ?
Nandini giggle listing his scolds
N: sorry. I will eat in sometimes.
M: no.do one things turn on ur laptop
N:but ?
M: don't start do as I told.
Nandini did then he call her on Skype.
M: OK now bring ur food & eat with me..
Nandini smiled and bring her food
Manik also order Italian pasta.
They r eating with talking with eachother about their day..like that they finish dinner .after that they change in night suit in 5 min because they promise each other they will meet in 5.
Both r lay down in bed looking laptop screen
M: nandini( stammer) woh.. Mujh se phehele kis se baat kar rahi thi?(he asked question which is running in his mind)
N: woh Navya ...ajkal hospital me time nahi milta so she started her character box on phone....
Manik relief as caller is Navya..
M: ohhh.so what she is saying..
N: nothing important she want to go shopping
M: then go na..
N: but Manik agar Navya shopping pai jaaye na to pura mall leke aati hai.
M: (smile) ohh.but phir bhi mai nahi hoon to tumhe company mil jaayegi.
N: I will think about that..
M: waise kal tum jagkar darwaza kholna?
N: kyun?
M: are agar milkman ki jagah koi aur hua to ...u must be careful.
N: hmm
M: I will miss u sleeping face.(in low tone)
N: kya?
M: nothing now u should sleep
N: haa. Waise kal hospital bhi jaldi jaana hai..
M: OK then mai driver ko jaldi bhej dunga..and haan no bahana
N: yes..now sleep. All the best for ur meeting.. Bye
M: bye..take care..
They both shut their laptop & sleep

Next day...
In morning nandini miss Manik at breakfast table.Manik also miss nandini's morning smile & her yummy breakfast.

At hospital
The day as normal as other day..hetic too.ln lunchtime cabir call nandini
Give update about their plan also told her to call Dhruv as Aliya is with him.
She agreed did as they plan.

Manik meeting is good. He get the project so he is happy he want to give this news to nandini first.so he preponderance his ticket .catch next flight which is available.He is getting some weird vibes but he neglect that. He want to meet her as soon as possible.

At evening

Aliya is jealous as well as sad because she think Dhruv is changing .she want his all attention which divert when he talk to nandini. She is angry on Dhruv she think she also divert her mind .
She call mukti & make a plan for shopping. As shopping is best diversion for girls/womens.

Navya did all emotional drama so nandini can agree to go with her.after lots of plead session nandini agreed.

After lots of shopping nandini & Navya come out from mall.
Nv: u wait here I will get the car from parking
Nandini agreed.

After some min she saw one car is coming in full speed in a girls direction .The girl is back facing nandini so she can't see her face.
Without sec nandini run towards that girl and push her from her place in meantime that car hit nandini. Nandini's head badly hurt .blood oozing from her he'd.she fell unconscious on road.
The girl whom nandini pushed is in shock for some min then she get conscious she check the girl who saved her.she get another shock seeing nandini. She hurriedly call mukti told her come to accident place in no time she came. Navya also come but she can't see nandini she saw Aliya their so she goes near her.
Navya see nandini is unconscious on road& blood is oozing from head .without delay lays nandini on backseat with help of Aliya & multi.
Navya drove car to hospital in mean time she inform abhi about nandini's accident .abhi did all arrangements for operations. Dean is doing nandini's operations but dean is also scared looking nandini's condition. Nandini is like daughter to him.
In no time operation start

Outside the OT
All r standing there lifeless statue. For Navya nandini is her everything. Abhi treat her like his sister.Aliya & Mukti thinking how can be anyone selfless.
Aliya's phone ringing from long time but she is not in condition to pick up the call so Abhi took the phone .it is cabir's call
C: why r u not answering my call?
A: hey relax..
C: who r u? Where is aliya?
A: she is fine she is in. Hospital. Come soon
Cabir cut the call & call Dhruv told him to come hospital.
After sometime both come to hospital they ask receptionist about any patient in aliya name.but receptionist decline so they go nandini's cabin but no one present their.

Manik come Mumbai & he directly go to hospital but he is feeling different. In hospital he is going to nandini's cabin then he saw Dhruv. He go near him
M: hey what r u doing here?
D: woh Aliya ka phone...someone told cabir she is in hospital.
Cabir came near them
C: yaah aur nandini bhi cabin mai nahi hai.
Dhruv is verge of crying.
Manik console him .
M: don't worry she will be OK.I will ask Abhi.
He call peon who is passing
M: Dr.Abhimanyu kaha hai.?
P: woh OT ke samne hai.
M: thanks
They all move towards OT.They see all's dress hand coated with blood
Dhruv go near Aliya hug her.& she break down
A: sobbing woh..woh..
C: its OK u r safe. Cabir hug mukti she also standing there.
A: woh car....hit...nandini..
Listening nandini's name Manik alert
M: nandini?
A: woh nandini ka accident hua hair.she is in OT.
Dean is operating her.
His each word cut Manik's heart deeply. Now he lost .His all sententious denied working. His mind only repeating one word nandini.....
