"Bree wake up, you have school", my mother screamed at me.
"Can I not go today?"
I whisper to my self knowing she would say no.
"We talk about this everyday and you know my answer" my mother says with a sigh. Then I say
"yes I do mother"
then you get mad at me for being sarcastic then you get mad at me and start yelling the I get mad and end up going anyway." I say. "Well today we are skipping that step" my mother says.
~Skip to school~
"Bye mom" I say.
"Bye" she says
Walking into school I see my two best friends Jc and Kelli waiting for me in our usual spot.
"What's up chickadees" I greet
them.
"Chickadees" they both say
confusedly."
"Yup." I say popping the "p."
"Well ok." Kelli says.
We all look at each other then burst out laughing.
"We are so weird" I say still laughing.
After our laughing fit we were just chilling on our phones and occasionally talking. Then Mr.Briggs ( our principle) walks over to us.
"Good morning ladies"
"Good morning Mr.Briggs." we
all say.
"So miss Montgomery we have a new student coming and we would appreciate if you would show him around and maybe be friends with him."he said
"Sure" I say, "I'll try."
"Thank you" he says while walking away.
"Wait" I say trying to catch up to him.
"When will he get here, and where do I meet him?" I ask
"In the main office during first period, if he doesn't get here before we will just call you out of class" he says.
"Ok" I reply heading back to my friends.
"What do you think he is going to be like?" Jc asks as I approach them.
"I don't know."
"What do you think he is going to look like?" Kelli asked.
"I don't know" I say again.
"What if you like him?" Jc asks
"What if he likes you?" she asks.
"Awww you guys are going to get married, have babies and live happil-, "woah woah woah. You guys need you chill the freak out
I haven't even met the guy before let alone the fact that I don't know his name, like really please stop" I say slightly irritated.
"Ok we are sorry but can you be open to the possibility?" Jc asks pleading.
"Ok but I have to see him first and like him deal?" I ask.
"Deal" they both say in unison
~Time skip to middle of class~
"Ms.Montgomery you are needed in the office." My teacher says.
"Ok" I say as stand and walk out of the class.
While walking to the office, as I get close I felt a strange heat course through my body. I brush it off as I walk into the office. But right as I stepped into the office a very strong, amazing scent hits my nostrils.
The first thing I hear as I walk into the office was a low voice growl "mate."
