Intro
Hi, my name is Abbie, I'm 13, and I live in a orphanage. You may be wondering why I'm here, well it's a long story.
{Flashback}
I was off to school my mom, dad, and sister Lily were still at home since I was off to the bus stop for the first day of 3rd grade. I saw my best friend Kate in the 7th seat back I sit down next to her till we get to school. Once I get to class we start to go over our homework and the phone rings. Mrs. Townsand answers the phone and says someone wants to speak to me. "Hello is this miss Heart?" The voice asks. "Yes who is this?", " hi it's a police officer and I'm sorry to inform you that your parents and sister have been in a serious accident and are now dead. A person from Oakland orphanage will pick you up in 10 minutes to take you to get your stuff." I hang up run out the door with streams of tears down my face. I go to the office and tell them I'll be out side when a car pulls up. "Hello there I'm Mrs. Glass I'm assuming your Abbie?" "Ye-yes that's me" great hop in the back seat I'll take you to get your stuff." I hop in the seat and we soon arrive at my house. Once we arrive I run in and see that it was just like it was when I left. " go and pack your stuff" Mrs. Glass sayd. I run up stairs and first thing I grab was my family photo albums and my moms laptop and iPhone 5s. Then I put it in a suit case with some clothes and a couple of my sisters Teddy's so I have something of hers. I then tell Mrs. Glass I'm ready to go and we head off to the orphanage."
{End of flashback}
And I've been in and out of foster homes for about 5 years and still have no hope of being adopted any time soon. But we are having an open house in a week so that's my last hope.
