Talar's P.O.V
The familiar sound of the alarm clock, blared out besides my bed as a low groan left her lips. She effortlessly rolled over to hit the alarm clock a few times out of frustration, letting out a soft sigh as the time read "7:45am" signalling that she'd already previously hit the snooze button five or six times.
Talar, an 18 year old transfer student from America, had just moved to the city of Sydney, Australia with her mother. They'd both moved here due to a study opportunity to educate at one of the highest colleges in the country. Moving to a new country, means traveling to new places, taking on new adventures and meeting new people. Although, moving away from her family, her friends and the town she'd grew up in came as a shock, she knew that this was definitely going to be the right decision. Life's full of opportunities and some times you just have to start taking risks, simply by saying 'yes' to any chances you get to experience things that you couldn't possibly do everyday.
