I think this is common for us Filipinos because come on...... we do not usually manage our time properly. We do some extra things which prolong our actual procedures.
''Hey I can't come to our event today I have so much stuff to do. I'm sorry'' sometimes means ''I'm going to be so busy making my to-do list, posting on facebook about how busy I am, 'tweeting working hard' quotes and taking breaks like-
I am not going to get anything done but I am surely going to be busy doing all of the stuff I'm supposed to do before I work''.
excuses.. excuses... excuses everywhere.
