"Why the fuck do I have to stand in this long ass line all day" I mumbled. While standing in line at this new modeling company.

My name is Shaneyia Young. I am originally from southern Mississippi so you might can tell by my luh accent I got left. I moved to California when I was 17 to go to college to get my Bachelor's in Arts and Modeling. Im now working for a cosmetics company called Maybelline. Y'all see those annoying ass commercial.
And I started college when I was 17 cuz I had a lot of scholarships from volleyball and cheer, and I also had a lot of credits since the ninth grade.

"Ms. Young !" A Vietnamese lady called knocking me out of my thoughts.

"Yes that's me" I said getting out of line tugging my skirt at the bottom.

"Follow me" she said opening a door leading to a hallway.

I followed along looking at the amazing pictures of different types of models. I walked slowly seeing business type ladies walking past us with clipboards. I wonder what those are for... Finally we made it to a all white room with a bright yellow scene cover up.
I walked in looking around. When the ladies started to whisper.

" Okay, Ms. Young. I want you to show me your best walk"A Brown skin lady said sitting at this table... I'm guessing the judging table.

"Yes ma'am" I said walking to the far end of the room. As I took a deep breath and put my small Michael Kors bag down.

As I walked I gave a luh attitude and looked up. When I was done the four ladies wrote on a sheet of paper.
We went to the room next door seeing a red scene screen with a bunch of ballooons. I guess I'm taking pictures now. Give me goodluck........

This was just a little snip but next chapter will be longer I promise. I just wanted to give y'all a little feel of my writing. Remember can y'all tell me what I needto change or do differently💘.
