Chapter 1: The Beginning

Renee was nervous about her first day at the new Law Firm after all she didn't know what to expect straight out of law school. Little did she know things were about to look up for her.

She was cheerfully greeted by her new boss, " Good morning Ms. Smith! Welcome to Branford and Sons, I hope that you enjoy your first day here and it's my pleasure to have you on our legal team. I'll let you borrow my son Jackson over here to show you around and get you acquainted with the firm and what we're all about here."

Jackson was one hunk of a man. He was at least 6 ft 2 in. with caramel skin and beautiful brown eyes. He was a sight to behold. However it was her first day and she couldn't afford to be distracted by her boss.

"Hi I'm Jackson Young, it's nice to meet you Renee I've heard pleasant things about you from my father. I hope that we can become very close as we begin working together." He then winked at me as he tretched out his hand to meet mine.

She fought hard not to distracted by his looks and the way he wore that perfectly tailored suit. "Likewise Jackson, I am very grateful for this opportunity to be working with the best Law firm in Miami."

"Good. Now that the introductions are complete for now I'll let Jackson get to showing you around the firm and make you feel at home." He walked towards the elevator and waved goodbye.

After Mr. Young left the room Jackson nor Renee said a word to each other. She began to feel uncomfortable as Jackson stared at her so she admired the off white tiles by the front desk. Two minutes later he finally decided to break the silence.

"Renee, I think it's time that I take you on a tour of the firm, break down the do's and dont's and introduce you to the other Young brothers." He led the way and Renee walked beside him taking in the place where they'd be spending lots of time together..
