These days, people have become way too addicted to using their phones and social media. Try doing these steps to see how it improves your way of living:

Monday: Unsubscribe from unwanted email lists and delete any apps that you don't use

Tuesday: Turn off any push notifications

Wednesday: Resist the urge to look at your phone or computer when you first wake up in the morning

Thursday: Charge your phone outside of your room to resist the urge to use it while charging. Also, refrain from using your phone 1 hour before bedtime. 

Friday: Spend this day to not look at or post anything on social media

Saturday: Go out with family or friends and don't bring your phones along

Sunday: Turn off your phone for the entire day
