Summary: Amber's summer was all planned out. From the moment she graduated high school, she's knew exactly what she wanted to do for the next three months - attend a journalism internship program in Chicago. However, things go haywire when Amber's father loses his job, and their family is forced to relocate to Australia. But Amber doesn't want to move, especially out of the United States. So, she reluctantly agrees to her only second option - live with her Aunt Susie and her life-hating granddaughter in Vermont.
