I stumbled down the stairs dropping all my books in the process. A fine looking gentleman caught me before I hit the ground. I shyly looked up to his face. He was tall and has fluffy brown hair with the most beautiful brown eyes I have ever seen. I blushed and scambled out of his arms as quickly as I could. He bent down and started grabbing my books. He was inspecting one of them when he suddenly looked up at me. He said "this is my favourite book." I blushed deeply and meekly and said "mine too." He smiled and held out his hand. I looked at it awkwardly until I realized he wanted to shake my hand. "I am David" he said. Wow he is pretty I thought, but then I saw his smirk and realized I had said it outloud. "Uh...uh...sorry," I stammered, "I am Hannah." "Right then," he said "well I best be going but I hope to see you soon." I blushed deeply and realized that he was Scottish. I watched him walk away noticing he has a fine backside, though I am not usually one to like butts, but his was just so nice.
I was visiting London at the time and checking out all the glorious libraries. I had not expected to meet such a breathe taking guy. I had made an unbelievable twat of myself too, but gosh he was gorgeous.
When I got back to my apartment I phoned my mom, forgetting the time difference. Here it was a little past noon, there it was a little past 6am. She grumpily answered and said "what do you want? You knoe its 6 in the morning right?" "Sorry mom" i said "but I just had the most amazing thing happen to me. I was walking down the stairs at the library and I fell which is typical but some tall Scottish bloke caught me. He was very attractive and he picked up my nooks and guess what? His favourite book is The Catcher in the Rye. How amazing is that? We have the same favourite book! He was very kind too." "Hannah" she said "Yeah mom?" "I think you have been soending too much time there, you just said bloke, also he lives so far away, and I highly doubt he would move to Kansas if things got serious, and yeah I know you love London but you would never be able to live that far from your family." Deflated I replied "You're right mom, sorry I woke you for nothing, goodbye, I love you, tell dad I love hime too." "Okay, by boo, love you too."
Dang I hate it when my mom is right but he was just so unusually attractive and clever. Ugh, knowing my luck he is probably gay. I always fall for the guys I can't have. Whatever, I decided to read and possibly take a nap. As I sat down I opened The Catcher in the Rye and a small slip of paper fell out. It had a phone number and a name. It read David Tennant (the bloke you met at the library) and had what I presumed to be his phone number. I nearly passed out. I squealed really obnoxiously and realized because the walls were so thin the neighbors could probably hear me. I decided to call him around 3. I will invite him to go to tea. Hopefully he likes tea. Until then I tried to take a nap unsuccessfully and started pacing instead. I couldn't wait. Man he was pretty. This feels like a dream...
