Day 1
They say that time heals all wounds. What they don't tell you is that time could mean weeks. It could mean months. It could even mean years. Those wounds, the wounds the are searing with pain, could be with you for a very long time all while causing more problems in your life. It's like that back problem that you have for a while and you think “oh, it'll go away eventually”, but when you don't get it taken care of it comes to the point where you become immobilized.
Well, that's how my life story is for the most part. I'm an 17 year old girl with wounds that are taking too damn long to heal. When are they going to come up with some band-aids for those wounds? I mean...real ones not the ones they say to try to make you feel better.
Anyways, I'd like to welcome you to my story I guess. I'm going to forewarn you though...I tend to be a fairly cynical person. I'll try to keep on the side of the less-cynical though for my readers benefit. Oh, and by the way, I'm Keegan.
