Blank. Clear your mind of everything around you. Blank. For just an hour, don't think about the past, the poor, the crisis. Blank. Don't think about the process, the future, the uncertainties. Blank. Don't think about the present, the limbo and of the possible uselessness of now. Blank. Breathe in, breathe out. Accept as is. Everything goes. The good and the bad. Blank. Think about the birds but try not to think about home. White. Think white and remember: time clearly doesn't matter.
