Hi, sorry if this is shit, it's just a short story I wrote for class and I'm typing on my iPod, but I'll make more stories soon, I have an OHSHC fanfic started, I'll finish it then type it, I do everything with pen and paper first so it'll take longer for me to publish things.

~on with the story~
I sit at the back of the class, early for this class as usual. Amanda arrives a few minutes after I do and sits beside me. Our teacher greets her then leaves. He does this every day; I think it's because he doesn't like homosexuality.
"Morning baby girl," Amanda says after he leaves, kissing my cheek.
"Hey princess," I reply as a few more kids come in.
The bell rings and the teacher, Mr. Medina, comes back in. He writes our assignment on the board. The class begins but Amanda and I don't, we refuse to write an essay about how homosexuality should not be legal. We sit in class doing shit all. He says that if we don't start working on our essays, we have to leave. By then the whole class is staring at us. I mean, neither of us has a good attendance record, we skip or are late all the time. Sad thing is, we're the top two female students in the school, and grade twelve just started. Amanda looks at me, picks up her stuff and leaves. I follow her, grabbing my books and pencil. The teacher yells at us but we ignore him. The principal stops us.
"Aren't you two supposed to be in Debate?" he asks.
"Katheryne and I left because of the subject of the essay he gave the class," Amanda answers, not afraid of him as most are.
"What is the subject?" Headmaster Charles questions.
"Why homosexuality should be illegal," I inform him, not afraid of him either because he is my father. Just like every other person at this school, he knows Amanda and I are dating. Everyone has known since we hit six months back in grade eight. It's been four years since we started dating and I plan on proposing to her today since we're eighteen
"He left a loophole in the topic though," Headmaster Charles points out. He then proceeds to tell us how we could complete the essay using the negative side of the argument. We thank him then go to detention, since we want to write the essay but we can't go back to class.
"Good morning my darlings," Ms. Lawson says.
"Morning mum," we chorus. She's actually my step mum but she treats both of us like her own, since neither of us knows our real mums.
"Mr. Medina gave an essay due on Friday but then was acting like a d*** to us, so we left, and ran into the headmaster, who helped us out a bit with the essay subject Medina gave," Amanda says. "By the way, can I steal Kat from you this evening?"
"I suppose," Ms. Lawson says. Amanda thanks her and we sit down and begin writing. An hour later, when the class is done, Amanda and I leave detention and head to English class. The bell rings.
"Oh fuc-dge!" I say. "Manda, we can't be late!"
"We already are, let's just skip."
"We have a test, we have to go."
She agrees, even though we're late. We arrive just as the teacher is handing out the test. He says it should take us the whole class, gives us a run down of it, and then tells us to start. I haven't studied, not a bit. I'm fairly sure Amanda hasn't either. We manage to get through the day without another detention.
"Hey, I have a few things to do first, ok?" Mandy says after school. "Be ready at seven thirty."
"Ok," I say, hugging her. I kiss her and we part.
I decide to go for coffee since I had a while before I have to get ready. I decide to go to the new coffee place, I haven't been there yet but my half sister works there so I decide to go see her, since I rarely get to see her because she goes to the community college in the next town over. I see Linda as soon as I sit down. I smile at her and wave. She looks happy to see me. I go up and order, and see Amanda. I hug my sister, and then go over to Manda.
"Who's that?" she demands.
"My sister, why?" I reply.
"It looked too friendly to be your sister," she says. I'm too lazy to argue with her. We chat for a while, then mum picks me up. I kiss Amanda's cheek, and then go with mum. By the time I get home, Mandy has texted me to tell me to dress fancy and I only have two and a half hours to get ready, so I eat a snack, then go get ready. I finish getting ready at seven twenty five, and Amanda shows up right at seven thirty, but knocks on the door instead of just coming in, like she usually does.
"Ready?" she asks when I answer the door.
"Just let me grab my shoes," I reply, absolutely stunned by her looks. The one thing that mars her perfection is the fact that she looks kinda upset. I get my shoes on, then let her lead me to her car. I know what this is about, it's our four year anniversary, we've been together for four years already. She drives to one of the fanciest restaurants in town.
"You really went all out, didn't you?" I ask.
"Maybe," Amanda responds. I know she has. I smile and kiss her cheek, hoping she likes what I got for her. I got her a super simple ring, white gold with a diamond, and 'I love you' engraved on the inside.
"Katheryne, I have something to tell you," Amanda says as we sit down.
"I have something to tell you as well, Amanda" I reply.
"I think we should break up," she tells me quickly.
"Will you marry me?" I ask at the same time.
"What?" we chorus. She explains that since school started last year, she hasn't fully loved me, she loved someone else. I ask who, and she says that the other girl, Elviora, works at the new café, and goes to the community college in the next town over. I ask if it's the girl I hugged today. She says it is, so I stand up.
"You're right, we should break up," I say, leaving. She's been cheating on me! With my half sister of all people! I don't believe her!! I walk around for a while to blow off some steam, then call my sister.
"Hey Kat," she says, picking up. "What's wrong? I thought you were with your girl friend."
"We broke up, because she was cheating on me, Elviora, but she's all yours now," I snap, and then hang up before my sister can say anything. I go over to Hannah's place, and tell her what happened. She's very shocked, and I don't blame her. Amanda was mean to me; Hannah won't stand for her best friend to be hurt like that. I skip school the whole week, but Hannah doesn't, she goes, and makes sure that Amanda is the most hated girl at school. Ms. Lawson, my step mum, has a particularly deep hatred for her, Amanda hurt her two daughters. At least, I hope Elviora got hurt by that. My phone rings, and I don't look at the caller id as I pick up.
"Hello?"
"Hey Kat," Elviora says.
"What do you want El?" I demand. She explains that she had no clue about Amanda, and that when I told her, she immediately texted Amanda, and broke up with her, not caring that she was supposed to be in class, or that tons of people heard her yelling. Once she finishes explaining I sigh.
"Ok El, I'll come home, and start going to school again, but don't hate me, ok?"
"I don't hate you, Amanda hurt both of us."
I go home after telling Hannah. Elviora hugs me as soon as I walk in the door, and tells me that Amanda's no longer allowed at Emerald's, where Elviora works. I inform her that I will only go there from now on. A month after Amanda and I broke up, I find another girl, insecure and really cute. Her name is Jennifer. We start dating two weeks after we meet. It has now been six years since we got married, and we're happy, with two girls, and a boy, all adopted. To my knowledge, Amanda moved away after grade twelve and hasn't been heard from since.
