A Seasonal Pie

My dad was making a fresh key lime pie using our limes from our lime trees.
While he was cutting the limes he noticed they were a bit orange, but used them anyways. When he ate the pie it wasn't as tart as he expected it to be.

One week after he made the pies the limes turned orange.

It was a tangerine tree.
