"Would you like a drink, sir?"

"No, thanks, baby girl. What I would like to have is your number," I winked as the small figured blonde server blushed until her cheeks were cherry red.

"You are very charming, so I don't think I would be able to say no to that. Here you are, call me." She took out a small rectangular card out of her shirt and handed it to me.  My eyes drifted away from her face, admiring her physique. The woman lifted my head up so we were gazing at each other, she winked at me and walked away.

"Damn." I mumbled as the music playing in the club continued to roar.  Shaking my head to get rid of my thoughts, I turned around towards my table and was welcomed by all my boys bursting into laughter.

"What are y'all laughing at?" I asked taking a seat next to Marquis.

"Nothin', man. We are just happy you're getting over that Rachel bitch." Barry drank from his glass.

"I'm tired of y'all using that bitch word with her-"

"She broke up with you because she wanted to be with the guy she was sleeping with behind your back for the last year. If that isn't a bitch, I don't know what the word is." Barry shrugged his shoulders.

"Whatever, man." I shook my head ignoring their comments.

"Bottom line," Rakim started, "we're just happy you're movin' on. You want a drink?"

"Nah, I'm stayin' away from that tonight. Y'all been here before, what do they do here?" I asked interested.

"I've only came once," Marquis stated, "but I heard there's some girl that performs. I hear she's good, but I heard she gets down."

"Like stripping? What does she do?"

"Just singing I think. I think that's her." Marquis nodded towards the stage. Everyone in the nightclub's attention turned towards her, and so did I. The club was silent.

She walked gracefully towards the microphone, and the white fluorescent lights turned into a pink color.

She was beautiful. Her dark brown hair matched her chocolate colored orbs. Her skin was spotless except for the exotic tattoos that occupied her wrist and shoulder.

I watched as she tested the microphone and music came on.

Her hands gently grasped the microphone and she began singing:

The mood is set

So you already know what's next

TV on blast

Turn it down,

Turn it down

Don't want it to clash

With my body screaming now

I know you hearin' it,

You got me moaning now

I got a secret set I wanna show you, oh
