Part 1

"Hey Olivia, we're having this night out with Sam, Jennie, Kate and the boys. Want to come?" Kelly Worington is my best friend. We were friends from the time we played with dolls and playing tag in the driveway every Sunday afternoon. She was so beautiful. She had long hair with a colour of between brownish or tawny with streaks of red. Somehow it made her rock that combination.

"You know I don't fancy your type of music like the 1975's and so on. You know what I mean. And by the way I'm just going to be the creepy, pettite, weird and boring girl drinking Cola through out the night, sitting at the bar listening to the uneducated barman's highschool days." I replied.
"That's so cliche."
"I know right. Wait. Did I make it sound really that bad?" I asked trying to keep me from laughing.
"Apart from drinking Cola, yes it really sounds really bad." We broke out of laughing.

"No but I'm serious. All of the you guys have dates. I don't." I said turning my face away of embarrasment. I'm the type of girl when it comes to parties and clubbing, I'll usually reject the invitation and work night shifts at iHop, my morning job, to keep myself busy. I don't have much courage to talk to guys so I'm lonely most nights.

"Listen, you know Josh and I will spend some time with you and not leave you alone."
"God no Kate. I can't just steal time from you and Josh. You two should be together in the love lounge on the couch making out and drinking to you future goals." I rushed
"Are you sure? Because we ..."
"Yes I'm sure. Now go and buy something eye-catching to wear." I cut her of so she could stop worrying about me.
"Yeah I will. Pick you up at 7?"
"Kate. Yess I'll be ready." I said in a irritating voice.
