The people who just came out of the door walked up to me. The man was tall, and had brown hair. His brown eyes were full of kindness, and he looked to be very gentle and caring.

The young boy, who looked like a grade schooler, had light pink hair which reminded me of cooked salmon, and big hazel eyes which you could fall right into. He ran up to me and hugged me, his head only reaching halfway to my waist.

The girl followed behind. She had large, brown expressive eyes, and her chestnut hair was neatly brushed into a side pony tail. I nervously fiddled with my waist length hair as they approached, a habit I did when I didn't know quite what to do.

"Ah hello. You must be (Y/N) Hasegawa?" The man said as he stopped before me. I nodded, and he smiled. " Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Masaomi, and I'm the oldest son. That's Wataru, the youngest." He gestured to the small boy, who finally let go of me.

"I'm 10 years old!" He stated proudly. I giggled at his excitement. I've never really been around kids before, but they seem nice. The pretty girl took another step towards me.

"Um... I'm Ema!" She bowed slightly to me, taking me by surprise. That should be me. "I look forward to having you here!" I smiled.

"Thank you. I look forward to being here too!" I replied, returning her small and brief bow. She smiled, before linking her arm with mine, and guiding me inside. I noticed when she did this, a small grey squirrel with a heart pattern on its tail was sat on her shoulder. I assumed it was her pet, and thought nothing else of it.

She guided me through the house to an elevator. I was surprised, this place is so big compared to my old two bedroom home. I expected myself to get lost at least once. I saw Ema giggle slightly at my astonishment.

"Don't worry, I had the same reaction when I moved here about 6 months ago." She laughed as she pressed the button. The doors closed, and the elevator began rising. We arrived on a floor, and she led me to a room. "This is your room. All of your belongings are in there. I'm right next door, so if you need anything don't be afraid to ask!"

I nodded and bowed my head in thanks, before entering my room. My room in my old home was a box room, so this room felt huge to me. I looked at the small amount of boxes sat in the corner of my room. I took one off the pile and opened it. At the top of all the stuff, there was a picture of me and my father in a frame, wrapped tightly with bubble wrap. I unwrapped it, and smiled at it as I held it in my hand.

I placed it on the small desk they had given me, and continued to unpack my belongings. It didn't take too long, however, as I only had a few.

I decided to go around and explore, to try and get to know the place a bit better. I picked up the map that was sat on my table, and began trying to find my way around the maze. I came to an elevator, and got inside. I decided to go to the floor which apparently had the lounge.

As the elevator halted, I stepped out, and saw a large room with a couch and some house plants over a balcony. I went towards the stairs and walked down to see if any one was there.

When I got downstairs, I found a tall man with messy, silvery white side-swept hair which covered one of his eyes. He caught sight of me and walked up to me. Startling me, he strolled up to me and grasped me in a tight embrace.

"So you're (Y/n)? Nice to meet you!" He said happily. I blushed, frozen by his sudden colourful example of a greeting. I heard footsteps coming from another direction, and then a voice to accompany them.

"Tsubaki, you're frightening her." He said bluntly and sternly. I felt "Tsubaki" loosen his grip on me, before rubbing the back of his neck embarrassedly.

"Sorry, guess I got a bit carried away then." He chuckled to himself. "I'm Tsubaki, and this is my brother, Azusa. We're twins!" He wrapped an arm around Azusa's neck and winked. I nodded.

"Oh, yes, I can see it now." I smiled at them, before a blonde man with glasses came in.

"You guys are so loud. Oh, hello, you must be (Y/N). I'm Ukyo, the second son." He walked over to me and held out a hand. I gave him mine in return and he awkwardly shook it. I laughed at his gesture.

"Nice to meet you." I gave him a wide smile, and he nodded.

"Ah, imouto-chan, you're finally here." Imouto-chan? A man with long blonde hair and robes entered the room, gliding elegantly down the stairs which I had walked down previously. He took my hand and gently placed a kiss on top of it. I blushed and took my hand away. He laughed. "I'm Kaname. And you?"

"(Y-Y/N).." I stuttered.

"A beautiful name for a beautiful sister. Welcome to the family." He purred, and I nodded embarrassedly.

Swiftly, I bowed to everyone and told them I was happy to meet them. I wanted to make as good an impression as I could. Especially as they're welcoming me into their family.

Not long after, I was sat on the couch with my new family. I don't really know what else to call them, as they're just people that I'm living with otherwise, and that's kinda boring. I do hope we become like a family.

If you think about it, they've basically adopted me, because I can no longer live with my father, so I live with them. So yeah, they are my family.

Anyway, I was sat down with my new family. Well, most of them, as a few of them were out. One I had been told was called Natsume, and is the apparent seventh son. He lived out of the house, and the one named Fuuto was just out on tour. I didn't really mind that I had an idol for a brother, they're just regular people if I'm living with them to me. Apparently I have a brother named Hikaru who is currently abroad, and another brother called Louis who is with Fuuto.

"So," Iori started, who was sat a few seats away from me,"You probably get this a lot, and I hope you don't mind me asking, but (Y/N) isn't a very Japanese name, so where do you get it from?"

"Well, my mother was English, hence why I have much lighter eyes and hair than a traditional Japanese person, and she like the name (Y/N), and Dad just agreed with it." I explained. A few heads around the room nodded to show they understood.

What felt like no time at all had passed, but the boys had asked me many questions about myself, and I was feeling tired out. I decided to tell everyone I'd be hitting the sack, and went up to my room. I made a quick phone call to my dad, before getting ready for bed and going to sleep.
