I'm really not qualified for this as writing has never been my forté, but I still enjoy to write.
DANS POV
A Sunday night
Becoming online friends with someone is something I live for. Someone to just pour your feelings away to and be excited to speak to through a screen where nothing holds you back. I don't know what it is but speaking my mind out to technical "strangers" even though you feel like you they're always right there, supporting you through ups and downs puts that rare smile to my face. The smile that is especially rare, now that I'm stuck in a university studying a topic I never see myself in, law.
As I lay here, looking around at the peeling paint on the prison like walls, in the room this university sees suitable for living, I get a message notification, as some guy called "AmazingPhil" liked my post. Since I've got nothing to do except those essays I've been assigned that are due tomorrow and I haven't even started, why not check out his profile? I lean up to see my computer better, my bed creaking as I lurched forward.
His profile picture was him, of course. He had the most beautiful eyes that I could just stare into for hours. His hair was the typical " emo " style, but you could see in his smile that he was truly wonderful. But no homo, I'm like 100 percent straight, I think.
His bio under his profile photo said he had a YouTube channel, so I couldn't resist, and I watched his videos. I started out at the beginning on the video " Phil's video blog - 27th March 2006 ".
His video was in black and white, and he managed to get so much of his personality out in two minutes, I was amazed, I mean he is Amazing Phil. I had to keep watching.
" Jonathon and Mary Beth argue" The video was only 21 seconds long but I couldn't contain laughter. I went back to his social media, and I messaged him. This guy was gold.

I knew he was probably online, as he liked a status just a few minutes earlier. I just sat tapping at my laptop, next to the mouse pad. 2 minutes later he replied. I wondered where he lived, and if the sun was also beginning to creep down where he was. Or maybe the sun was just rising. He seemed to have a northern accent, so I can assume he is probably a few hours away from me. But who knows.
My honest want was to have a new friend, as he seemed nice. And this was the way I knew how to approach him. Through the Internet, because God knows I can't have a real conversation in person.
I do absolutely love his videos so maybe this will be like hitting two birds with one stone. A new internet friend, and some awesome future YouTube video.
PHILS POV
A notification popped on my screen, a message from the guy Danisnotonfire, I liked his status a few minutes prior. It was something about his essays due soon, and his constant struggle with procrastination. Which was relatable beyond compare.
I read his message.

I didn't really know how to respond at first, I don't find myself really "educated" on editing, and my videos show it.

uPdatE!!1 so I'm reading this more than a year later. I wrote this in 7th grade and now I'm going to be a freshie soon!!1 I got really stressed for a long time with old friends they were huge phannies and as we broke apart I couldn't bare) keep up with Dan or Phil because they reminded me of when I was happy ig. so here we go, I'm posting this now. I keep trying to become a phannie again bc I do love dan and Phil but agh !!2!;'ciwnzmnebrnn I might continue this fanfic. I have the next chapter started from where I left off ( also not changing anything written here even though I've noticed so much I can improve on lol hopefully you enjoyed this 11/13 yr olds writing
