"Mr. Acharya, please continue the exercise of today two times a day and please visit me in a week." She said to her tenth patient of the day.

"Doctor, are you sure this therapy will work?" her client asked. "How can a bloody exercise treat my problem!!!" He muttered the last part but she heard nonetheless.

She frowned at him. She always wondered what was the problem of people in this country with the physiotherapist. They didn't show any faith in physiotherapy. It's all these people's mental attitude towards physios that it's scope was so low in the country.

"Mr. Acharya, why don't you follow my instructions and then we will see if it works or not after a week?" She replied him with as much politeness she could muster up.

"Ya, sure see you in one week" he waved his hand. His answer told her that she couldn't hide that sarcasm in her voice.

"Good bye, Mr. Acharya"

"Good bye, Doc."

She frowned as her client left the office. She never liked to be called as  doctors. She was a physiotherapist, so call her a Physio. Period. She sighed as she rested her head at the back of her chair. Tenth patient of the day; she was totally exhausted. And it was only Monday.

She picked up the phone and dialed her secretary's desk.

"Yes, Doc?"

"Aarti, how many times do I have to tell you not to call me that?"

"But....."

"Leave it, do I have any appointments left for the day?"

"Seriously doc, are you sure you are not sick?" She frowned at her secretary cum best friend's comment. The latter always found something or the other to prove her a dimwitted person.

"Why?"

"Because it's six in the evening, way past the closing time of the clinic and you still want to see clients after the tenth?"

"Six!!!!!' She yelled and glanced at her watch. Indeed it was five past six in the evening.

"Ya six...now stop busting my eardrum and get your arse out of that room. I don't know about you but some people like to go home after their work hours."

She felt a little guilty for keeping her so late. But she discarded the guilt immediately. It was not her fault that it was such a rush day.

"Ya ya, don't try to make me feel guilty here. I know your tricks miss." She rolled her eyes.

"Hey, what goes on trying? Now get out of that room."

She chuckled. Aarti could make her laugh even at the worst moments. There's a reason that she was her best friend. She hanged up and began getting ready to retire for the day.

She walked out of the room and entered Aarti's cabin.

"Oh come on, I will drop  you today." She said turning around to leave the cabin.

"Of course you are dropping me. Your fault that I am late. Oh, how I wish that  had boyfriend to pick me up and drop me from work."

She rolled her eyes. "You want a boyfriend so that he can be your personal chauffeur?"

"Hey, that can be one of the advantage of having a boyfriend. Don't you think?"

"Yeah, totally." She replied with no mood to argue with her illogical best friend.
